I have called on Industrial Electronics by Ross for my project solutions in the past. I stopped in to talk to Randy Ross ( the owner) for a current project that I was trying to find some parts to repair a circuit board with no success. He had the parts to repair my circuit board in stock in his store. In conversation, I mentioned that I had a stereo receiver that I wanted to get repaired, but could not find anyone in town to contact. Later the same day Randy left me a text with information and a contact who repairs the model stereo that I have. I was overwhelmed that he went the extra distance to help me out. I am so thankful! I went into this store today because I needed help determining if I needed an electrical box for a light that broke at work. The gentleman tested the box the box was good I then asked him if he could test the plug or the bulb. I couldn’t bring in the plug so I brought in the bulb and yup the bulb was bad, he knew other people that could help me with getting the bulb and/or the light fixed if the socket had blown. I kind of feel bad cause I didn’t even end up spending any money at his store and he had so much knowledge! They may be the last, only and final remaining over the counter electronics part supplier in the Milwaukee area. Very friendly and willing to search out whatever part you may be looking for. Since Radio Shack closed most all of their stores, I've struggled with online orders - waiting days to a week for the part to arrive, only to have to order another part as the troubleshooting process continued. Plus, more and more places want $25 or even $50 minimum orders or charge huge shipping minimums - difficult to do with $.89 parts. Hopefully Industrial can keep enough customers coming through the door so we can get parts in hand...
