Actually was employed at this place as a "shift manager" for about 3 weeks. What a huge mistake! Horrible training first of all and no real direction. Too many managers and not enough crew. Young teenage employees with rude horrible attitudes who do not listen! One "manager" in particular Jazzmine Copus got in my face in a very rude threatening manner, threatened to actually even send me home and started yelling at me over me allowing a customer to use a coupon for a 1 dollar milkshake! What BS! Have caught several employees there (including her) making food with no gloves and actually taking food/ French fries/ fried foods out of warming bins and eating it with bare hands, no gloves and no visor or hat and basically look like they throw sandwiches ina tornado before they wrap them so sloppily! Gross! The food timers meant to be set to go off to tell them when to throw expired food out are NEVER used. Ever. This may explain why before I worked there the chicken id order was always old, dry, fell apart and tasted horrible! Running out of beef on two different occasions...in a 3 week period!! ( I know.. were Arbys right !?!?!?) Once in a dinner rush because beef was not hot enough to serve yet! One was for a catering order and the poor woman actually was told to leave and come back for the rest of her beef! This arbys even asks ppl to supply their own crock pots for catering. Wow! Now I have worked in plenty of restaurants in the past but what a shitshow! Wouldn't waste time or my money even eating there tbh...
Read moreVery inconsistent. Some days with the right crew this location is great. When their off the food and the service leave something to be desired. We stopped in today, 3/4/24 about 6PM. I expect a bit off a wait since its around the dinner rush. Nope, in the time it took us to order in the drive through and drive around to the pay window food was being shoved out the window. The person who took order was impolite. I asked for a receipt and didn't get one. My strawberry lemonade wasn't mixed, the food wasn't even warm when we got it. I would have gladly waited for fresh and hot food. This location wasn't even busy at the time. The roast beef was cold and undercooked. The curly fries were stale, hard, and barely warm. The cheese dip was cold.
We live less than five minutes away and we got home to find that we couldn't even go back to ask for our order to be refunded or remade because we didn't get a receipt.

Read moreI was excited to hear Baraboo was getting an Arby's. However, it may have been rushed. The Baraboo restaurant seems understaffed. This is affecting the quality of food being delivered. I did see another review with under filled fries. I experienced the same issue after paying for the upgrade in size. The price in Baraboo seems to be higher for same food order from other Arby's restaurants. Patience maybe needed to establish this Arby's location but repeated negative experiences usually don't work out well. I hope this is just growing pains as the Baraboo area needs more options for dining. update: After being open a while now this Arby's is unfortunately not a viable dining option. The service is awful or nonexistent, I tried to order in the drive through but was told "one moment " and never heard another word. No one in the drive through or parking lot. Employees seemed to be just talking to each other. Other visits included missing items or cold food, after a wait for "fresh" fries. What a shame, Arby's was one of my favorite...
