Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in West Bend

We ordered our pizza at 5:33PM and the gentleman didn't give us a receipt after we paid he just walked away and we understand it's busy so we knew it would be about a 20-30 minute wait so after 30 minutes we go to the window and inquire about our 2 pepperoni pizzas the guy at the window that took our order then goes in back and says oh yeah it should only be a few more minutes it's in the oven. So we stand around for another 15 minutes and ask again he apologizes and says it's almost done. After about another 30 minutes we had enough of waiting watching other people who came in 20 minutes after us all getting there food. We go to the front desk and ask and the guy says oh it hasn't gone in the oven yet. We ask are you serious it would have been nice to let us know it would be over a hour the guy walks away without saying anything. Welcome to find out the guy NEVER submitted our order even after us checking on it twice. They told us then oh well I can put it in it's going to be another half hour. We requested or money and walked out. About half the workers were busting there ass all night while the other half were sitting there just staring into space blankly. We do appreciate those who we're busting there ass but this was the worst experience...

The food isn’t bad, a bit on the expensive side though. It did arrive when it said it would (took about 45-50 minutes to get here).

I would’ve rated a 4 but the driver dropped my money so he called me and told me that I only paid him 2$ and that I needed to pay him the rest of the bill. I get it, accidents happen and I’m glad it was resolved quickly. If it had been just me in the house, it would’ve been fine, but I was babysitting my godson and getting him to sleep is not an easy task. Therefore, I don’t like it when he is woken up. I certainly didn’t like that the phone call woke him up, and made me “run” up the steps to talk to the delivery driver only for him to tell me that he dropped the money and everything is fine.

I get it. Honest mistake, but I would’ve appreciated if he checked to see if HE dropped it before calling me and making me and telling me I didn’t pay the bill in full, waking my godson because of the call and movement (he’s a toddler, not fun when he gets woken up), getting me to walk my panicking self up the stairs and to the door only to tell me he...

We just received a delivery two hours old, with wrong toppings on one of the pizzas, and one dipping sauce we were charged for missing. When I called the West Bend, WI store we ordered from, the manager, "Lee" offered a credit I could only use if I call in my next order, acted like this was not his problem, said the driver made "a dozen other deliveries" at the same time, and hung up by saying "Ta ta." Could you hire someone less professional? The order of two pizzas and one cheesy bread was driven around for almost two hours and delivered cold. Please note, we live less than a mile from the store. I asked for no mushrooms, the pizza was cold and covered in mushrooms. So it takes two hours to exclude one topping on one pizza? The manager said it only took ten minutes to make the pizzas, so since it took two hours to receive them, they must have sat in a car on a cold, snowy day for over 90 minutes.
