Brother's Pizza II Cape May — Restaurant in West Cape May

It saddens me to read some of these reviews because I eat at or get delivery from this place 3-4 times a month or even 1-2 times a week. They know me by name and sometimes are so busy they can't think! Even at their busiest they treat me with the upmost respect. They were all running at maximum speed trying there best to keep up with orders while keeping the tables tidy. Customers will trash a restaurant and the poor staff gets blamed! I give them a round of applause for the food being AMAZING, the staff being so HELPFUL and NICE and in the middle of all that they ran around trying to keep it as tidy as possible! That staff was incredible even working in such tight quarters they never lost their cool and had things down to a science!!

This pizza shop isn't worth the money spent at all. The crust is over two inches thick even when you ask them for a 23 dollar pizza you would expect better than that when asked for extra cheese they didn't look like any was done. To it being cheap describes how they are . They don't listen. Poor phone skills when calling the owner describes his defensive behavior telling me he has 25 years in the business. Plus delivered a cold pizza tells me never to order from this place..don't waste your money. The delivery driver was friendly. But it's time to find another job when this pizza is delivered. Food was mediocre, my italian sub was pretty basic, like i could've easily made the same thing at home pretty quick. Dont get me started on the (multiple) tiny hair pieces on the table.. If thats what i see as a customer, how do i know what the conditions look like in the back? As i started to focus on this issue, i began to notice the lack of cleanliness being presented by the people making the food and bringing it out. They had no hairnets, gloves, or anything that assured me that they were trying to put the customers first. Not upset, but surely disappointed. Wont...
