CVS — Local services in West Cape May

This is one of the worse CVS’s to have your prescription filled. I was trying to get my mothers prescription filled outside of our usual cvs location. They didn’t have the prescription in stock and failed to mention that I should fill it elsewhere as it was expiring. Over a week later after no update from them I called back and got rude folks at the pharmacy simply said they won’t fill it as it had expired. The pharmacy manager i talked to refused to take responsibility or change their communication saying she’s only there a few days a week? Maybe such people should not work in a business where other people’s health...

On phone on wait to talk to pharmacy 4 times today. Waited 10 min each time never a answer. I realize it's summertime at the shore.And they leave you on with loud static music where you can't stay on longer than 10 min at a time.At least answer and ask if we can call back. UPDATE called again day two and no problem. No long wait time and pleasant staff. Perhaps it was a off day for them. I never had problems in past . And with virus perhaps short staffed.Guess we all need a little more patience. Thank you for working....

The employees work hard here, especially the pharmacy staff, and it gets packed during the summer. The previous reviews that mention long lines during during peak season are accurate. Another downside is the somewhat shabby appearance and smaller space inside the store compared to newer CVS stores. That said, I frequently use this CVS, out of convenience and store staff are pleasant...
