I ordered a take out of the shrimp lomein and a order of the crab Rangoon. My order total was 13.35 and I charged it on my debit card. And I put a 3.00 tip in the jar. I have alerts on my card that whenever I charge something I get an alert with the amount of purchase and where I purchased it at. Well to my surprise my card was charged 16.02 that was authorized by SQ of the yummy bowl. When I brought it to his attention and I even showed him my alert which he seen that my card was charged 16.02. What really did it for me was when he denied the charge he insisted that they only charged me the 13.35 that was on my receipt to my card, but I’m looking at the 16.02 that was charged to my card from them. So I went out in my car and did the math which they had somehow added a 20% tip on my card which came out to be 2.67. If you add 13.35 + 2.67 = 16.02 But he still insisted that they only charged me 13.35🤔 I normally don’t write reviews but I felt like I need to write this one. If he did this to me he has done this to others! Please check your account after you go there to make sure that the same thing that happened to me doesn’t happen to you. 2.67 is not a lot of money it’s just the principle of the thing. They took money off my card that I didn’t authorize. That was total dishonesty on their part. And the food wasn’t that great!! That was my first and last time ever...
Read moreAfter seeing the food my co-workers brought back a few times to the office, I stopped today for the first time. I doubt I will be back.
Granted I stopped at lunch today around 12:30 and placed a carryout order in person, so I was expecting a bit of a wait. It was busy.
I ended up waiting just over 30 minutes for a Kung Pao Shrimp Rice Bowl and the Spicy Seafood Noodle soup.
Customers that came in after me (both carryout and dine in) received their food first and the group of four that ordered (dine in) right in front of me, received their food, ate and left before I received my order.
I noticed at least two other tables come up and inquire about their food as well, so I don't think it was just me feeling that the wait but a bit lengthily.
The most disappointing part was I was told a couple times my food was next, that it would not be much longer, etc. When I mentioned that I had been waiting nearly 30 minutes rather than a "I'm sorry, let me check", I was told "that it had only been 20". She was almost argumentative about it. When I commented that the receipt was time stamped and I knew how long I had waited, she just turned around and went back in the kitchen. When my food finally came out there was never any type of apology for my wait, etc.
The food was good, but if this is typical of the service you won't have many returning customers...
Read moreI'm honestly confused how anyone has liked this food.
We ordered several items and I have never been more disappointed.
The cheese rangoons were extremely burnt and several were still full of oil.
The chicken tasted like it was three hour old leftovers from a buffet line, oily and hard.
The shrimp tasted like chicken, not shrimp.
The lo mein noodles tasted like they'd come out of a can of chicken noodle soup; soggy, chicken flavored, and bland.
The egg drop soup tasted like egg whites boiled in chicken broth but lacking in any other normal seasoning.
The General Tso chicken was burned and hard.
The beef lo mein was possibly the least bad, only being excessively bland.
Normally a restaurant may have a bad dish or occasional mishap. I understand that, but every single element of the food was revolting.
We couldn't stomach eating it and had to go get food from...
