CRISP CHIK'N — Restaurant in West Chester

Fresh and flavorful! We were greeted right away when entering. The employees are helpful in giving recommendations if you're unsure with all the options. You have the option of ordering at the register or kiosk (I like to see pictures of the food when making a decision).

The tenders were HUGE! The sandwich had a nice piece of chicken that was juicy/moist in the best way possible. Waffle fries were the perfect compliment and you can make meals with a fry and bottled soda.

Don't skip on the sauces! We tried their Crisp sauce (their signature sauce), bourbon BBQ, and Ranch. The Crisp sauce is addicting and the BBQ was slightly sweet and a little smokey.

Finally we decided we had a little room for something sweet. They have chocolate chip cookies (1 extra large or 2 regular size) and a bunch of milkshake flavors. Since it's January we went with the cookie option. They are fresh baked that are slightly moist in the center and a perfect blend of dark chocolate and sweet cookie. Can't wait to go back and try...

The chicken tenders were good. My son is the chicken tender connoisseur and gave them a passing grade. We tried 3 different fries - sweet potato waffle, waffle, and straight cut. We all agreed the waffle fries were best with my wife and I agreeing the sweet potato fries were the best overall and my son going with the regular waffle fries for the win. The regular straight cut fries were good but outclassed by the crispy goodness of the waffle fries. As could be expected, the only downside is this was all fried food but this outing was for fun, not health food. The staff was especially friendly and kind. The gentleman who is a junior at West Chester went out of his way at the end to ask my son if he’s going to West Chester (he is; freshman) and took a moment to say he was happy going there and good luck. Really, it only takes small moments like this for people to make a difference. Good job hiring...

I had first come across Crisp Chikn in lansdowne about 3 years ago, I never regretted it and kept coming back ever since. When I hard about their west Chester location I had to give it a shot to compare the 2. They had added mac & cheese and biscuits (I didn’t try). The buffalo chicken mac & cheese was delicious and worth a try. Overall their sandwiches remained excellent, their tenders are large, tender and juicy, and their sweet potato waffle fries are the best I’ve ever tried and I highly recommend them to everyone! What I love is that they are open to tweaks and suggestions to make your experience better! I’ve tried nearly the whole menu and everything from the chicken sandwiches to the beef burgers to the salads to the sauces are excellent, especially the milkshakes.
