100% Recommend!! We had Tom/Philly Hots for our wedding on 6/1/24. It was an outdoor wedding at my husband's beautiful family property at the end of a culdesac. The vision to create a fun, casual food truck food court in/around in culdesac. I hadn't even had his food yet but in researching trucks, not only did the menu look amazing, but his start-up story made such an impression that I knew I had to have him for our day. He seemed like a down-to-earth guy who just wanted to make people happy with good food. AND That's exactly who he is and what he did!! Everyone raved about the food! Our guests talked about how fun our vendors were, easy to talk to and joke with. The vision was made a reality and Tom/Philly Hots were a huge contribution to the experience! Oh, man...let me just say that this guy has it down! Tom's food is incredibly delicious and flavorful. He and his team are accomodating and friendly. During the pandemic, he delivered the most amazing food to my house - door to door for a super reasonable price. I wouldn't have made it through without a weekly Philly Hots delivery. If you hire him for a private event, he tells great stories and can help keep everyone entertained in addition to making and serving awesome food. Great guy. Great food. One of the best food trucks I have ever eaten at; and I have a very firm loyalty to one of the other trucks at WCU's campus. I have had a few items, but today I had the spicy chicken cutlet sandwich. 10/10.
