Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I don't usually write negative reviews, but my experience at this bakery was so appalling that I feel compelled to warn others. The customer service here is absolutely non-existent. The staff, including what appeared to be the owner, seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than helping customers. When I finally got her attention, she were rude and dismissive, as if I was bothering her by being there.

To make matters worse, she had her minor child running around the bakery, which is not only unprofessional but also incredibly distracting. The child was noisy, unsupervised, and clearly not meant to be in a work environment. This is a place of business, not a daycare center! The whole atmosphere was chaotic and far from the cozy, welcoming vibe you'd expect from a bakery.

As for the baked goods, they were nothing special. I could have gotten better quality at a supermarket, and for a fraction of the price. Given the poor service and unprofessional environment, I won't be returning and would advise anyone looking for a pleasant bakery experience to steer clear...

First time customer and got a chocolate muffin. Chocolate Muffin 🧁 was bleh. I really wish I could make that muffin come back up. (Maybe some items would be ok?) There was no service, in the customer service. As a matter of fact it was like I was just a bothersome customer. Wouldn't recommend, and I will not patronize the establishment again. After reading some other person's review (perhaps?) I was overcharged? I paid $3.5 for a chocolate muffin with some type of chocolate icing.
