Their employee was late to open. They sold me too much of a product then tried to make me pay them (a few days later!!) Their nicotine mix for vape juice is gross tasting and probably unregulated. Tried to tell me they can't sell more than 2 boxes of whippits at a time and that's the law in Chicago. That was a lie. Here's the law regarding nitrous in this area...

ARTICLE 24.5. NITROUS OXIDE

(720 ILCS 5/24.5‑5) Sec. 24.5‑5. Unlawful possession. Any person who possesses nitrous oxide or any substance containing nitrous oxide, with the intent to breathe, inhale, or ingest for the purpose of causing a condition of intoxication, elation, euphoria, dizziness, stupefaction, or dulling of the senses or for the purpose of, in any manner, changing, distorting, or disturbing the audio, visual, or mental processes, or who knowingly and with the intent to do so is under the influence of nitrous oxide or any material containing nitrous oxide is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. A person who commits a second or subsequent violation of this Section is guilty of a Class 4 felony. This Section shall not apply to any person who is under the influence of nitrous oxide or any material containing nitrous oxide pursuant to an administration for the purpose of medical, surgical, or dental care by a person duly licensed to administer such an agent. (720 ILCS 5/24.5‑10) Sec. 24.5‑10. Unlawful manufacture or delivery. Any person, firm, corporation, co‑partnership, limited liability company, or association that intentionally manufactures, delivers, or possesses with intent to manufacture or deliver nitrous oxide for any purpose prohibited under Section 24.5‑5 is guilty of a Class 3 felony. Faulty pen batteries. Went through 3-4 of them here before I got one that worked. They were able to swap them but I had to come back 3 times to keep getting a new one as the one they’d swap was also faulty. I’d buy it, go home, plug it in have it not work and come back to swap it and do it all again with 3 different batteries. Finally got one that works after I tested it in the store and nothing has happened to it so far. The store is fine, I just wouldn’t recommend buying batteries here as I’ve had...

The personnel who's working behind the desk have zero customer service. He had a terrible attitude when I came to the store and was annoyed at my presence. I did not appreciate him smacking his lips every time I'm trying to ask a question or trying to find out about a certain product because everywhere else it's different prices. I 100% recommend people from not going here there are better smoke shops...
