Today was not a good day!! I placed my order, repeated it 3 times with the associate to minimize the possibility of an error however when I returned to my job, none of the orders were correct. I called back to the D.D. and was told to bring them back with no problem. Upon my arrival the lady with Locks who previously waited on me decided to argue with me and tell me that I did not ask for Carmel Ice Coffees which I did, 3 times. She even repeated my order to the man that made them. I didn't feel like arguing with her since I was already annoyed with leaving my job and fighting through traffic again to retrieve the correct order. I just walked away from her and proceeded to wait at the other end of the counter. She (Associate with the longgggg Jamaican Locks) decided to discuss the situation in a simi low voice with a customer waiting to get her order taken. She must have known the young lady because the Associate started laughing so hared that the customer looked over at me and slightly dropped her head, When I looked at the Associate she stopped laughing but gave a little snicker. Soooooo did the male and female associates do something to our coffees and that was the joke? Or was she laughing because she knew I was upset and snarled at her for trying to argue with me? Read moreI have been coming to this location since the middle of June when I moved close by. The manager, who refused to give me her name has been extremely rude to me each time I see her. Each time I order a breakfast sandwich she always asks me if I want a bag. Yet with no other customer does she bother with such stupidity. This morning I lost my cool because I am sick and tired of being discriminated against by this woman. The rest of the staff is otherwise courteous to me. I just want this on record that if she continues treating me this way, I will need to engage an attorney on my behalf. There is no excuse for such unprofessionalism. I asked her why would she ask me such a question and she told me that, "in my opinion, I think it's wasteful to use bags." First of all her opinion is unnecessary given the situation. So I would advise the owners of this establishment to retrain this manager and warn her against discrimination, because I am disabled gives her no right to treat me or anyone else this way. Read moreI placed my order at 7:25 am. The register was off line so that was a 10min wait to pay. I order a larger caramel hot latte with an extra shot of expresso. I get to work. I have a regular latte no extra shot or caramel. I tried calling them 5times. No answer and voicemail filled, so I can’t leave a message. I took my drink back when I was able to get a break from work. The manager witnessed her worker be very rude to me and tell me “take the lid off my cup so she can pump the caramel in there since I came back 2hours later”. She went back and forward with me because I wanted a fresh latte made the way I paid for it earlier. I have never been so disappointed with the service I’m paying for.
