Came in on Mother’s Day so it’s expected any dining establishment is going to be busy. Our drinks came out to be expected but our food took longer, about 30 minutes.

I ordered El Soprano and my girlfriend La Barbie. La Barbie was supposed to come with consomĆ© but wasn’t brought to us when our food came. I went to the cashier/barista to ask for it and I believe the manager was there that told me yeah it was supposed to be included. I received it and upon opening it was the saddest serving of consomĆ© I’ve ever seen. We didn’t bother touching it.

The sandwiches and smoothies are really good and recommend, but it’ll be some time before my girlfriend and I give this place...

I’ve been coming to Gracias Maria since before they opened (back when the business was called Belli’s) and I have to say they have taken it to the next level, not only in terms of their core/seasonal menu (which focuses on smoothies, juices and juice cleanses, bowls, baked goods, sandwiches, soups), but also creating a safe space and building community. They now host everything from book clubs to night markets to running club meet-ups. Coming here to hang out and work or showing up to an after hours event is a great way to meet awesome people who want to make Pilsen and Chicago a great...

Aesthetic? Yes. Satisfying? Not quite. Cute space, beautiful lighting, and decent seating. But the smoothie bowl? Too SMALL. Too CRAMPED. Just utterly UNSATISFYING!!!

Didn’t have any granola had to add my own. AND the peanut butter? I expected a drizzle not a clunk of butter from a JIF container?!?!

Took longer to make than most spots, and when it finally came…it was in a butter dish! And for that price? I expected way more flavor and way more base.

It wasn’t bad, just not enough. Pretty vibes don’t always mean pretty portions āŒ

Felt robbed. NOT a return...
