Two weeks ago I ordered online a big John. Went to pick it up and they didn’t have bread and offered me to make it in a wrap or wheat bread. I couldn’t wait 20-30 min for their French bread to be done and had to get back to work. I chose wheat bread but wasn’t a fan of it. I was sent a survey from Jimmy John’s and answered truthfully I was disappointed I couldn’t get my correct order. The district manager reached out to me and asked me to try again and they gave me a $5 credit. I came back and gave them another chance. 2nd visit was just as disappointing. The sandwich was so flat. Read moretwice ive online ordered to pick up and its been a complete waste of time. They don’t actually use the pick up area so you have to get in line with customers to get your order. So if there are 5 customers in line you have to wait just to get your already premade sandwich. Buy the time you actually get to eat your sandwich its soggy because its been sitting behind the counter. This is annoying to me because i have a limited time for lunch and pick up should be 2 min process. Id recommend staying away from here if your doing an online order. Today Jimmy Johns made me feel appreciated. After the disrespectful and rude behavior I was subjected to from Potbelly, it felt good to see a friendly and professional face. My order was ready and given to me with a smile. I should've came to Jimmy Johns originally but I wanted a cup of soup. The food was fresh and tasty.
