Traditionally, one would expect onions or bell peppers in this dish, but Taylay surprises its guests with eggplant and green beans instead. Honestly, I missed the peppers and onions, but the noodles and the copious amount of tender beef made up for it. The noodles are large wide noodles with the best texture. Sauce could be more spicy. When me and my Fiancé got to the restaurant we were greeted by the manager , he informed me that he was low on staff but will be happy to take care of us and that he did. He was really thoughtful and very on top of everything. He managed to take care of us and seat a lot of other ppl coming in as well as help behind the counter with his employees on food and drinks without forgetting anyone.
