Odge's — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

This was my first time ordering to this place. I will buy some burgers to take out to eat while I'm driving since I haven't eaten lunch. After I ordered a burger it came really quick. The staff are efficient and have a quick skill in making orders. They are professional and know what they are doing. They do a good job. When I open my burger in my car it looks presentable and not messy compared to the burger that I ate last week. They have a little amount of sauce inside that can be one of the reasons why it's not getting messy when I open it. It's a little bit oily but when I bite it it is so good. The meat was juicy...

I have been going to Odge's for over 30 years since growing up in the neighborhood. I haven't been in a few years and was able to stop in this past week. To my surprise Odge's has been able to stay affordable and after more than 30 years they still have the buy 4 get one free special. As a kid this was always perfect for a family of 5 growing boys. Those fries were still crispy and perfect, and the dog was as good as I remember it. Super friendly service, super-fast, and love that there is a loading zone right outside to go in and out. Every thing on the menu has been the same for years, and i hope it never changes. This restaurant is truly a neighborhood treasure and i hope it never leaves. It's one of very few spots in my opinion that should get landmark status. The owner and the staff are beyond great, cooking up the best All around hotdog experience any one can have. There are people who may think they know a good hotdog spot, apparently have not had the pleasure of odge's greatness. tamale boat, polish sausage, hotdog, chilli dog, cheese burger, fries, i think i just gained 5 lbs just thinking...
