Let's start off with how great the service was for us. The lady seemed thrilled unlike other places where they clock in and clock out. I came here with my mother after taking her to the clinic. I intended to go to "Whisk" initially, but soon learned it was closed for the time being. So I searched up a new place and it was like right next door to them. So I gave it a try. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it came with lettuce, bacon, avocado and only one tomato which was a bummer, but overall the sandwich was amazing. My mother in the other hand ordered a Mexican styled omelet. Her only complains would be the sauce that they put was overpowering the omelet when put on top and the egg was too watery for her liking. Other then that the taste was good. My complain on this place would be the fries! They can cook something better up since the prices are a little too high I was expecting better fries and honestly a larger portion. But overall nice atmosphere, kind staff and cozy...
Read moreMy wife and I went here and it was a long wait. The poor waitress was super sweet and had to handle everything on her own so we understood. We had to get our orders to go since we had to pick up my son at a certain time so I went to pay. As I paid with the waitress who had took my Money she then went to the window to get our to go containers and took out 2 pieces of bread and put it in the toaster after she just touched a bunch of money. I’m not really a germ freak but money is one of the dirtiest things you can touch and then to touch food right after. We definitely didn’t eat the toast. I had The chorizo skillet. It was good. Then my wife had the sunrise special she said it tasted good too. The food was good but I think they need another waitress and maybe to watch for better handling of the toast lol not sure how it looks in the back and how they handle the...
Read moreThis is a perfect little mom and pop breakfast joint. As you walk in, you realize that the coffee scent is embedded into the floorboards and wood edges of this quaint little place. The staff know their customers and greet them like family. Like many small businesses, I think they have fallen on hard times, but they do their best to provide good basics. We had breakfast, which was very well made and fresh. It's not a competitive place and a far cry from the uppity places that surround the area, their prices are still not as high as everyone else's in the area. I will continue to promote this place and recommend it, for its heart and for what it is: a sweet and enduring place whose strength is their ability to welcome you whole- heartedly and give you the best they've got. Not too many places can give you both, but this place...
