The Center of Order and Experimentation — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

What a unique little find hidden in West Town. It is so hidden I almost did not see the coffee sign (mainly due to a parked car) but the sign did give me a good giggle. They have a small coffee menu that is by the Monday Coffee Company. The shop allows you to walk around and see what merchandise is available. Definitely a cute gift shop carrying some local and/or small batch brands, while still showcasing some more popular ones like pencil. There is a small food section as well as an area with clothing. Lots and lots of interesting and realistic candles and other trinkets. The not so good: coffee, no pastries to go with coffee (nor even cookies), no actual sitting. I wouldn’t tag it as coffee...

Can’t recommend this spot enough! My girlfriend wanted to try a new drink and got something she usually wouldn’t. One of the employees overheard her saying that it wasn’t really for her. The employee offered to make her a brand new drink. So unbelievably nice and kind. Not to mention the shop is filled with super unique art and other pieces...
