Dial M For Modern — Local services in West Chicago Township

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just have to follow up in response to the previous 1-star review. Every time I have stopped into Dial M I have been greeted and treated kindly. In fact, I stopped with my husband and dog on the same day as the previous reviewer. Hungover or not, Tim greeted us and encouraged us to bring the dog in. Much to our embarrassment, our dog peed on the floor. Despite the embarrassing situation, Tim made us feel welcome, provided us all the info on the items we needed, and gave us a warm invitation to return DESPITE our not having made a purchase that day. I stopped in here the first day it opened, picked up this fully functional 1972 original polaroid and have been hooked ever since. Their instagram and store aesthetic are a thing of dreams. I love this place. I truly think it is my favorite furniture store I have been to. Tim has got a wide selection of items. All extremely unique. He travels around the US to get them and even Europe.
