This place is a piece of work. As soon as you walk in it seems visually appealing, but they also charge you $20 for cover if you’re a man, EVEN if you have a reserved table for a birthday brunch. I’ve been to countless brunches around the city and this is the first. First red flag.
Table of 6, we order and the time between each dish served is ridiculous. As you know, etiquette is to wait for everyone to be served before you start eating. I kid you not, almost an entire hour had elapsed between the first and sixth dish. And guess who got theirs last? The only one who had to pay cover. It was awkward when they just had to wait and watch me eat. Waitress was very polite and accommodating.
But wait, there’s more. If you’re a man, don’t expect to use the stall comfortably. The door literally didn’t have a lock and the toilet seat was on the floor. What in the actual __? I literally had to hold the door with my foot. I told an employee who I will not name in order not to jeopardize her employment and she said “ya le dije al dueño y no hizo nada” which translates to “I already told the owner and he didn’t do anything”.
This is more of an unlucky inconvenience but hopefully you’re lucky not to sit too close to the speakers. We were the next table over against the wall and we could barely hear each other across the table. We had to play telephone to talk to everyone.
You make the judgment.
+1 star because at least they had the decency to give us a 10% discount for bringing my dish late.

Read moreordered online. Got there 30 minutes later. Order wasn’t even started. Staff didn’t take care of me. I kept ringing the bell to be taken care of, after 10 minutes I had to call and tell them I was in the pick up section waiting to pick up my order which they hadn’t even started. Only the cook who tried to flag someone took initiative to start order the front people who failed to put the order though. It wasn’t ’ packed or crowded that they were too busy with other customers. No apology or urgency to make up for the lack of service and failing to have a pick up order ready. The pizza is great but incidents like this leave me with little intention to order again. I wasn’t expecting to be greeted with a fan and bundle of grapes but the bare minimum would have been decent. I suggest order there or call ahead, so you don’t waste your time. Little Caesars has better service and I can get 3 more pizzas for what I paid minus the inconvenience and frustration. Échenle...

They have Foosball tables if thats your thing and seem to have a nice sound system. They have solid bucket of beer prices for the area.
