Down from 4 stare to 1. I was excited for this branch to be back open but it is like an inside drive through now with none of the benefit. Traffic flow inside is now much worse and there is very limited seating. I was told by the cashere that I entered the wrong side of the line (only one other person in line and she was in front of me), which used to be the correct side but nothing was marked, I went around and became 3rd in line. The whole place now seems crowded while the ordering area is so linerally spread out that the person in front of me had to squeeze back to the end of the line just to see what to order. Behind the counter seemed vast considering the 3 people behind the counter (9:am Wed) and compared to the public waiting area. As per usual, I order a latte and I get the foamy cappuccino I never ordered. Before I even took a sip I took the lid off to find the cup only about 90% full. At ~$7 I would expect a full drink.
Iâve talked to several baristas throughout the years and theyâve all told me âa latte and a cappuccino are the same thing.â

This store has changed. The barista/supervisor green hair, nose piercing with glasses. Always on her shift the app is turned off, store has closed many times on her shift not to mention she is pretty rude. This is bad customer service.
