Subway — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Skinny arabic guy working there is purposely rude. His name tag said rujy. There was nobody there and he just stood there looking at me like he was lost. He realized he couldnt get a reaction out of me and gave up and tried to he nice at the last second as I was leaving. I pretended I got on the phone and ordered my sandwich. These subway employees are always super rude so I already knew wassup. Mission was get my sandwich and dip. Still would rather have a better employee to deal with. Hopefully someone deals with these people....

I placed an order in advance with this location, when I arrived I noticed my order was not ready. I wasn’t bothered as there were two people before me. After finishing their order he started mine, but stopped to prepare another persons order who came in after me. When I stated I was first in line because I ordered online he told me to wait and finished preparing the order, and ringing up the person who walked in after me even though I already paid in advance. I will never frequent this location again as their customer service...

Been ordering from this location from years since 2015 when I live in the area. Now I order off UberEats because I don’t live in the area. Slightly confuse to the negative reviews. During the years I have receive nothing but great quality fresh sandwiches and salads from this location. Highly recommend people to use...
