One of the female workers at this location was very rude to my teenage daughter and her friends. The worker isolated and harrassed the African American girls telling them they can’t stay there to study. They need to purchase food. They need to purchase individually when they were going to share lunch today 4/10/2025. The store worker also said “no telling what they would be doing”. As if they were there to cause trouble. These girls were racially profiled and the worker only harassed the African American girls. There were other students from school who were not eating but nothing was said to those students. I was a regular here and the employee I picked up my online order from even knew and recognized me. I ordered an online deal, but somehow my Philly '6 sub that was part of the deal didn't go through. I showed the employee the online deal and he refused to honor the deal or offer a solution. On top of that I went out of my way on a rainy night to go there. Needless say his purposeful choice to not honor a clearly verifiable online promotion has left me upset and I won't be returning to this location. Avoid it if you can. I was buying a meal for myself and my girlfriend and when I was paying, they asked me several times to add in a drink/soup/add ons and I had to refuse multiple times. And then they went on to ask my girlfriend the exact same questions! On top of that, I had a coupon in the app for a free BOGO sub but they said their system would not take it. I asked if they could just honor it and showed it clearly says BOGO sub but the best they said they could do was 10% off...which should've been $2 but he just took off $1. These people consistently try to upsell and not honor deals....
