It would be a very difficult thing to say I have had any problems with this.
Take out is quick since everything is pre prepared which does not hurt the flavor of the food at all, maybe a lil on the noodles.
Everything is cooked well, the beef and Choshu appetizers are amazing. The fries are great as well, cooked in the style of McDonald’s fries and to perfection with some pretty tasty seasoning not to die for but definitely great as an app and was not disappointed.
Their tonkotsuh ramen or pork ramen was good and I tried it several times before the beef but I’m not quite a fan of the broth and texture of the choshu in the soup but that is only personal preference
THEIR BEEF RAMEN ON THE OTHER HAND!!! Amazing, I have had this several times and it is amazing. The seaweed, bean spouts, mushrooms, and chives all are a great addition I usually get extra meat, bean sprouts and mushrooms which u cannot go wrong with.
The meat in the beef ramen is the same meat from their appetizer which only makes it better here. THE BEST WAY TO CONSUME THE BROTH IS TO BREAK APART THE EGG THAT COMES WITH IT (only if they give a sunny side up that is is kind of runny), THE YOKE ADDED TO ANY BROTH ENHANCES THE FLAVOR TIMES 3 and you would be missing out on so much flavor if opted not to. My order was 26$ total
On take out the noodles suffer a lil but that’s only cuz they are a lil tough this way, just make sure ur broth is hot and loosen them with a spoon or sticks and let it soak up some breath for about a min maybe less.
I cannot tell u how happy I was that trying real ramen for the first time and coming to this place, it’s not at greasy maybe a lil fatty but this stuff is great for my sensitive stomach I can eat this and fall asleep if I wanted to. This stuff is great when ur sick
Not to mention...
Read moreAdmittedly, the place looks a bit half finished. Like they're still unpacking. But in a small place like this, you know that means the people and food are either great or awful! I don't remember my servers name, but he properly wore a mask the entire time I saw him (which doesn't always happen these days) and stayed constantly busy. He was the only one handling front of house. Three other tables, myself, and a LOT of takeout orders to prep! It took almost five minutes for him to even come out of the kitchen and see me, and another two before he could finish his takeouts and tell me where to sit and take my order. Busy as he was, he was still polite, helpful (convinced me to try a lower spice rating because apparently a 1-4 scale means spicy, spicier, spicest, and pain!), and focused solely on me until I finished ordering. Then he turned to the people who had come in to pick up, and took care of them. It may seem small, but just him devoting the little time he had solely to whoever was in front of him made him seem very sincere. The ramen was amazing, and arrived faster than I expected. They churn out those ramen orders fast, but it's no less fresh tasting for it! The sweet corn did seem a bit defrosted and mushy, but I'm not expecting fresh off the cob in mid-October. I thought he forgot my lemonade, but I figured as busy as he was, I wasn't going to push for it. Lo and behold, even after finishing up yet another round of takeout orders, he rushed behind the bar and got my lemonade. This place may not look like the best, but there's a reason he was so busy. Kind and sincere service, great attention to detail, very polite, and amazing food. And the passion fruit lemonade was absolutely...

I've visited a total of three times within the past week and every single dish I ordered has been consistently delicious and flavorful.
The first visit here I ordered from their lunch special which consists of a list of various ramen options with a tiny side dish.
I picked the extremely spicy ground pork ramen which comes with 3 pieces of deep fried chicken 🍗 🐔 karaage. I also noticed they have baskets of Furikake Fries 🍟 and I'd never tried them before. Furikake is a Nori ( seaweed) seasoning popular in Japan 🇯🇵 and typically used to make traditional steamed rice more flavorful. I absolutely loved my meal so much I came here again this past weekend during errands and ordered donburi. I asked my attentive server if I could combine raw salmon and tuna don together and he received positive news from the chef that it was definitely possible. Again another incredibly delicious meal and I also ordered an extra side of seaweed salad 🥗 to go with my donburi bowl.
Today I had more errands in Greektown and decided to have lunch here again. I knew exactly what I was craving and chose the chicken 🐔 karaage donburi bowl. You should have seen how much crispy and tender chicken 🐔 they presented me with! The portions here are extremely generous and everything I ordered came out to me within minutes!
The restaurant is immaculately clean and the service is attentive. I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant if you appreciate authentic Japanese...
