Horrible experience there and would recommend others not to go ! I went to visit family in chicago about 2 weeks ago. I stopped there really quick to grab me and my daughter something to eat after a long ride. My daughter said she wanted a polish with fries which I ordered (remind u she's only 8) . When she received her food she told me she didn't like the taste of the polish(taking a very small bite) and said she wasn't going to eat her food just fries. Since I already paid for it I asked the young heavy set Mexican lady if I can please get my daughter a hot dog instead and will keep the same fries. She laughed and said no there has to be something wrong with it. I told her I wasn't going to taste my daughters food and sure wasn't going to force my child to eat something that didn't taste right to her. She called the manager over the phone (which was very unprofessional) and stated they agreed with her and she couldn't get a hot dog instead (which cost nothing for a pack) unless the polish was RAW ! Which made no sense to me because even if I stated that How would someone know unless they taste it themselves??! Bottom line she ended up causing a scene refusing to change my daughters polish and embarrassing my daughter. Finally she called her boss again via phone and they Finally agreed to change her food. I will NEVER GO BACK AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT...
Read moreI just got my food via GrubHub. I ordered the rib tips and to say I:m upset is an under statement. Food was trash, literally. I had to trash it because it was inedible.
Overly salted, everything. Old dried out ribs, hay would have been easier to chew. Soggy fries, you know how they keep fry baskets over the oil so when they need some they can just drop the basket. Somebody may have thought they were done because they were above the oil. They were soft and soggy and the only grease on the fries is the splatter. (you knew those fries were not properly cooked and sold them anyway. Don't know how to toast French rolls.. Hard, unless they were trying to hide the staleness.
But the thing that really ticks me off the most, people that think they're sneaking and getting away with something. My Mom, God rest her soul, taught me nothing good ever comes from doing wrong.. If you wouldn't eat it why would you serve it? You got me, but you will never get me again.
No time or any time you want to play with peoples money, especially now. You should respect every customer that chose to spend their hard earned cash at you business, but you restaurants take it for granted. Keep cutting quality and you're gonna cut yourself right outta business.
I have video but was not able to upload it because it needed to be longer than 30secs which at the time I did not...
Read moreOur experience was mostly good. Super clean restaurant. Delicious food and reasonably priced. Most of the staff were super nice except the woman that took our order.
The receipt said her name is Yolanda I believe. I asked her whether the double hot dog was two separate hot dogs on two separate buns and she nodded but started asking me if I wanted anything else so I wasn't sure if she was nodding in the way to confirm my order so I asked again and she rudely and sarcastically said "this means yes" and started nodding. I let it slide and finished my order for my mom and fiancé. Turns out, it was not two hot dogs on two separate buns. It was two hot dogs on the same bun so I was a bit annoyed. She also got my order wrong for my mom and put hamburger instead of cheeseburger.
I talked to one of the cooks because I was confused if the "everything on it" included cheese because I did say cheeseburger and he said no but he was nice enough to put it on without charge but I still...
