My sandwich had a plastic piece from a tag or like one of the plastic hook thingies it was embedded in my bread, just disgusting, it must've baked with the bread. Immediately the manager said to replace it but I wanted my money back however I just let them accept the challenge to try again. I didn't bite the plastic but I mean hopefully I dont get sick from any toxins it may have left behind. A gentleman behind me actually had a sandwich replacement and the manager couldn't and wouldn't replace his sandwich without a receipt. Even thought the manager had his receipt and was informed the customer called. With more than enough evidence that it in fact was the mans sandwich replacement the manager still insisted on rules! Which dont get me wrong but that line exploded and they just couldn't get it together poor customer service which needs to be improved by managing staff. Eventhough they did replace the sandwich it was a tasty sandwich bread was delicious and didn't seem to have any particles of plastic which was my fear. Get it together...
Read moreThis used to be a good shop but in the last couple of months it has gone downhill quickly. I usually go maybe twice a month in the evening. The staff has changed and now there is one guy there that will not work to assist you very well. He always seems put out. Example: when they run low on soup, he'll tell you there isn't enough. That's fine but they are supposed to offer to make more. I've been there 3 times when he's told a customer they are out, they'll ask if he can make more. He acts annoyed and says it'll take too long or he doesn't offer at all. Only once have I seen a customer push him since the we're buying it for an elderly woman. And it took nowhere near as long as he indicated it would. Today, he tried this with me. Occasionally I try to call ahead of time for the soup but I'll be darned if anyone answers the phone in that store! I don't plan on coming...
Read moreVery bad experience today Friday 6/1/18 at 12/12:30 I went on the website asked about there 4.99 footlong deal, the manager said it was only cold cuts so I ordered what was on there website(Blackforest ham) then When I got to the cashier she stated that the ham was not included & I even showed her the website & asked before I ordered & that the supervisor said they do have that deal. The cashier stated she cant give me the deal & refuse to ask the supervisor. I did leave. Why say you do have a promotion & then dont honor it when asked before you order the food Waste of time & not to mention throwing away food. I gave it one star due to the long line & the supervisor was moving the line fast by taking orders/placing meat/cheese & vegetables on orders while the other two workers were taking there time to help.i also go to this subway in...
