Five Below — Local services in West Covina

Edited to add: Went to this store and spent nearly 200.00 and about 2 days later went back to pick a hat to buy since it's super hot and an employee yelled at me and said they had kicked me out twice and that I'm not allowed back. Excuse me what!? I explained that she must be mistaken becuase I've had nothing but great experiences and I've never seen her and I was just there 2 days ago, and she said she was calling the cops and before she did she said "actually ...I just refuse to serve you and I dont need a reason" I was beyond mortified and have not done anything that deserves this and I still refute it and believe she has me mistaken with someone else. I looked online and emailed the department that takes in complaints and haven't heard back and it's been 6 months. I retract everything I said about this place. I will never go back and it's really a shame becuase I adored this store. But it was off putting especially since I have mental health issues that tend to drive me right out the door in cases of loud conversation, even if it's not me doing the talking.😧🤨 I got through it with some deep breathing 🌬️and felt like a total freak weirdo🤡 and left immediately after but thankfully the employee was kind of clueless and kept talking their face off through out my freak out. .🙃 Phew !🙏🏼 I look forward to going back again and checking out their 🎨🖌️🧵🧶🖼️🎭art things because there's still so much of the store I've yet to go through. 🕵🏻‍♀️It looks great tho and the prices...

Loved that they had a variety of Hello Kitty items. Main things we come here for. A bit pricey for the chips. Parking is ample but can be a little tight if not lucky to find one up front. Location is convenient, and next door to a gym, UPS, dental office, Subway, and more.
