Arby's — Restaurant in West Des Moines

I used the drive thru later in the evening. There was a little wait for my food, but nothing crazy.

Food was what I somewhat expected. Barely filling. I paid what I paid for a BLT and a Rueben. The most substantial thing for each sandwich was the bread. One leaf of lettuce, one tomato, and bacon bits (BLT). The rueben had a little more meat, but that was it. Add onions means ADD ONIONS. It would be nice to buy a sandwich (at any restaurant) and have the person making it think, "Would I eat or be satisfied with this? Would by S.O. be enthusiastic about this sandwich? (insert patriarchal joke here)

Employees seemed nice. And made my shake last so it would be fresh. That was a +.

Arby's: We advertise good-looking sandwiches but serve a step above the gas station...

One of the worst fast food locations ever. Seems to be ran by a bunch of people under 18. Gone here a few times cause its close to my work. Every time I think "maybe it was the one day".

One time. Chicken sandwich had no chicken breast. At all. Got back to work and it was bread, lettuce, mayo, tomato, no chicken!

Today, my chicken patty was replaced by literal chicken strips. Not only that. Theyre legit cold (like the danger zone cold). Im back at work so I don't have time to go back and correct every time they screw up.

This store definitely needs to looks at the food and safety handling...

Took almost 7 minutes from when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker to when someone acknowledged us. 2 vehicles in front of us waiting for their order. Another 10 minutes to get 2 plain classic roast beef sandwiches. There was a total break down of organization at this location, employee that took our order was on his phone, relaxing, while others seemed to have been working. Didn't know it was ok to hang out at work, both hands and undivided attention to your phone ignoring customers and co-workers while customers are lining up and...
