I just went to order there, I ordered Beijing Beef and Honey Seasame chicken with a side of Crab Rangoons for myself.
I ordered Sweet Fire Chicken and Honey Seasame Chicken with an Egg Roll for my brother.
I get home and have two orders of Sweet Fire and NO EGG ROLL.
I call them to let them know, the woman on the phone was polite and apologized and said I can come back or she can take my name for a credit later.
I go back, because I'm HUNGRY and I don't eat spicy food.
The girl at the drive through has me go to the window, tells me she only had a small portion of Beijing Beef left and no Honey Seasame.
So I ask for a refund, she tells me "Ope! Looks like Honey Seasame just came up."
And makes my order, however now I have a small spoon of Beijing and some Honey Seasame - She didn't even give me an egg roll, even after I told her I never got it.
So then she gets me an egg roll and closes the window.
I was going to order fresh Rangoons even if I had to pay for them, because mine are at home GETTING COLD...
All in all, I'm very upset, I drove back to have the problem fixed, and now I've made TWO TRIPS just to still have cold food and be in a foul mood.
So I'm throwing this garbage where it belongs and now I have to go spend MORE MONEY to buy some HOT FRESH...

Cut corners, be rude (no one was rude here), don't keep the eating areas clean, neat, trash taken out frequently and most of all what you are selling. Then you get the top ratings, but it takes one or more going through the motions instead of task and a rating might change someone's mind and they go elsewhere. My wife ordered two orders of Sweet and Sour Chicken as they claimed they still had it (although no other place has it anymore) and would make it fresh. What was observed, The cook took out a package of what looked like orange chicken out of the freezer, took out some sauce package, put it in the wok with a few chunks of pineapple and peppers, some onion. Heated it up and said it was what she ordered. NOPE he forgot the sweet and sour sauce and the breaded bird needed to be heated a lot longer. That is what I mean, eventually it is going to catch up with you. The rest of the afternoons staff yesterday were not well organized. Read moreWent to this location for probably the last time. I did not get everything in my order and nothing was done to make the situation right. This has happened multiple times. The whole crew needs fired for lack of attention to detail and not paying attention to what is being said or done. This store needs shut down. Sat in front of the store for over 10 minutes just to get home (25 min away) and not have what was ordered. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Have them another chance today 1/24/21 and that failed miserably again. Only 3 cars in the drive thru and still didn't get my order right. Called upset because my son is upset he didn't get what he wanted and what was ordered. Never giving these guys money again. They never offered to fix the issues. I've called them now 4 times for order issues and either never heard back out they never offered to fix a thing. Stay away. This is the worst panda express in the entire country.
