We went once & our waitress was semi attentive, but the cooks forgot about our food. Then when we got it, it was bland & flavorless. The drinks were great. Everyone was friendly. But breakfast is too easy for even myself to make. I'm not going out of my way to pay for bland flavorless breakfast. It's not reasonably priced, either.

We gave it a second try as the waitress said they had issues keeping a cook. We tried 2 different meals than the first time as well. The second time was worse. Our waitress literally forgot about us. When we did get our food, it was once again bland & flavorless. Other than the holindaise sauce on mine, which was overly sweet & kind of "off" in flavor, so I sent it back & opted not to have something else.

At this point, I no longer care to try more bland food. It's too bad as the atmosphere is mostly great & drinks are delicious. During both our times we were by other patrons who also vocalize their meals and were flavorless. I'm not sure how this place has such good reviews, to be honest.

Still not good food or service. No idea why anyone rates it well. They clearly can't make breakfast items. As of 8/19/24 still accurate. Everyone I actually know only likes their drinks. Not their...

Came to The Breakfast Club (located in the West Glenn town center) today expecting just a typical breakfast diner. From the moment I stepped foot through the doors, I knew I was wrong. Excuse my foul language, but for lack of a better word, this place is the BOMB!!!

The atmosphere and design of the restaurant was so fun, there was great 80’s music playing with music videos on display throughout the whole restaurant.

The food was incredible, I tried the Panchodilla at my server’s recommendation, and it was AMAZING! The chef’s here must take a lot of pride in their work because the food and even just how it was plated, was way above my expectations!

Last but not least, I think what really made it such a remarkable experience and most of the reason I’ll be coming back, was my server Tammy.

She had no issues going over the menu with me, asking me questions along the way and making sure I was able to find something that suited me! My Pepsi was constantly refilled without my having to ask, it was all just such a pleasant experience.

A+ for the breakfast club and all of their staff, but A+++ for Tammy!

11/10 would and WILL...

Soo dissapopinted! The atmosphere is great, the service was good but when you are in a breakfast restaurant poached eggs should not leave the kitchen and be served so overcooked they looked like hard boiled eggs. The rest of the plate tasted great, and when I was able to get the attention of another server, I asked if I could get a couple of properly cooked poached eggs as mine were overcooked, the server took one look at the eggs and said "oh yeah, I can see that". She returned very quickly with 2 eggs in a small bowl resting in water, I put them on my plate and cut into them, they were much closer to being cooked properly but when I took a bite, they were ice cold! Really bummed because I loved everything about the menu and the atmosphere. Granted they are huge restaurant and very busy but regardless, every patron is entitled to properly cooked food! Without proper food quality controls in the kitchen, or training, I would certainly recommend you try another local breakfast place until they make changes to their quality...

This was our second time to this location. Waitresss was on her first day, friendly and helpful. When I placed my order I explained im allergic to uncooked egg yolk so I needed the poached eggs to be cooked longer to be fully cooked. She noted it and even showed me her screen. When the food came out, eggs were not cooked. They took it back. Next plate came out, eggs not cooked again. They took it back. By now the other 3 people were half way done with their food. When they brought it out the 3rd time they'd simply fried the eggs, not poached them hard. I just accepted it because the other 3 in my party were done eating at that point. Not the waitresses fault. Not sure how the kitchen wasn't able to leave eggs in boiling water longer. Food overall wasn't amazing. Our first visit several months ago was better. Still paid for the meal. This food allergy is new for me and was pretty shocked that a restaurant would be told it was a food allergy issue and would still keep sending out an item that would be unsafe for someone to eat.
