Subway — Restaurant in West Fargo

You only responded because it’s in the public eyes on google reviews I asked for a district or someone else I can talk to. And if being late was an issue that should of been said. You could of did verbal or written warnings to make it a known problem. You could/should of said you cut my hours because of tardiness. Your only saying it now because of what happened you didn’t care one bit what happened you used me until someone else came in because employees are nothing more than disposable to you but to someone else it is their means to support their family. It was not handled or looked into at all if it’s your store your employees you should review issues brought up to you and you still aren’t only on google for show. I think that this subway is the most amazing subway you could ever find. One day I was strolling along through the beautiful city of West Fargo and I came across this subway. It was so magical. The employees are so very kind. The most brilliant one i’d have to say is Adam. The day I walked into that restaurant I was greeted with his smile that lit up the room. He made my sandwich perfectly and even sealed the deal with a hug and a kiss. He makes exquisite cookies and impeccable bread. It is heavily. I promise you that going to this subway is a decision you will not regret. The whole staff deserves a round of applause for the brilliant work. Very unprofessional staff. There was 4 to 5 people working, one was taking orders for the drive through 1 was making orders for drive through, the other was making the order for the people ahead of me, the others were just standing talking while I know one could have been starting my sandwich. While they were all standing around at the front line they proceeded to talk about what they did over the weekend and getting drunk. Then the subject changed to how 2 of them don't like to eat subway even though they work there. Your employees are the face of your business, they should be promoting it not deterring people from there. Also the person that made my sandwich needs to be retrained, my sub is half the size that it should be because she rolled it too tight while wrapping it.
