I'm sorry but where's the meat in my taco? Literally got two pieces of beef at the ends of the food nothing in the center just lots of lettuce. UPDATED: On multiple occasions I have visited this drive thru, and food was very low quality. My chalupa has barely any meat, or the shell itself is rock hard. 2 little peices of meat at each end I assume isn't the standard. On this visit 10/27/18 8:19pm Order #307271 I had gone through the drive thru. During the order I specifically stated that multiple times now there was hardly any meat in my chalupa, and asked if they could make sure there was at least a good portion in this time. Clearly was a mistake to say anything because after getting home and opening the food to see if they got some meat inside this time It was the same thing! Hardly any meat but on the ends of the chalupa! To top it off the shells were rock hard too! They were so bad I wouldn't have given them to a homeless person to eat! On to the worst part of the visit. I went back to get again complain. I got inside and a manager or what I believe was a manager. Asked me what the problem was, and I explained that on many visits the same thing happens and it never is made right. He asked me snarkingly well what do you want. At that point with his attitude I asked for my money back. At no point did the person offer to make it right, or even apologize for the problem! Best part is when going to walk out he aggressively grabs my bad food, and throws it at a wall. I stopped and turned back at this point. I yelled back to the kitchen area, and a lady came up to the front wearing the same blueish colored shirt. I asked for the kids name who I first talked to, and she didnt really want to tell me his name I had to ask 3 times. The persons name is Xzavier who should quite frankly loose his job for the utter disrespect he showed, and down right childish behavior. I cant believe this is a corporate store or so I was told. I really hope you get this resolved! Signed the customer you...

I ordered online around 8 pm. Then I go there and of course the lobby is closed early which they do very often. So I go through the drive through where I wait in line for at least 30-40 mins before I pull up to the window. I assumed my food was ready because by now it’s been almost an hour since I ordered the food off my phone. However, when I pull up to the window, I wait another 10-15 mins waiting for my one $5 box that I had ordered an hour ago. While I’m waiting, I can see all the employees fooling around right by the window instead of making the food. Pretty sure only one person was actually making the food (thank you to that one person for running the business). I’m surprised that with the lobby closed and 5-7 employees “working”, it takes so long to get one simple order. I was so frustrated having to wait so long. The cinnamon twists were also very stale. I’ll say the other food was made well but the customer service was my biggest issue. This Taco Bell has always been slow, but I feel like it’s getting worse now. I would recommend to the owner to remove workers from the night shift because it’s pointless to pay for just standing there and doing absolutely nothing. I don’t even need them to be good at communicating, which they’re not, but at least make my food so I’m not waiting for-freaking-ever. I’ve been a regular customer since they first opened. Believe it or not when they first opened, it was truly great going there but now it is truly terrible. I love Taco Bell, but this was really the last straw and my...
Read moreStopped by 6/7/19 about 6:15PM. Being 55, I have eaten at many Taco Bell restaurants in my life. This one happens to be the worst one I have ever been to. Went inside to order and was the third one waiting in line to order. I missed the four other customers that were waiting for their orders. It took 10 minutes before I finally was able to order. To say the single person working the till was slow would be giving her too much credit as she was actually slower than slow. After I finally order there were now eight of us waiting for our orders inside, and we continued to wait as the drive thru customers appeared to be served while we waited. While we were waiting one of the employees came out and locked one set of doors to discourage any more walk-in traffic. After I had waited 35 minutes (others had waitress longer), the manager came to the counter and said they were short and he was the only one cooking and said if any of us wanted a refund we could get it as he didn’t know how much longer the wait would be. Guess if they are that short handed they should look at paying their people a little more to get quality people rather than giving customers a terrible experience and bad reviews. An apology and maybe some coupon for another visit would have been what a real manager would have done. I was managing a fast food restaurant when I was 17 years old and cared more about my customers back then than this manger did. I would not recommend this...
