Dubb’s Organic Coffee Blends — Restaurant in West Hollywood

Before anyone else get scammed because of the google rating, make sure to hear me out/ read this. So just like any of you who are new to the area and are looking around for a good coffee place, I fell for the 4.9 google star rating. The moment I walked into this place, there’s nothing really special about this coffe place. What attracted me was the “Organic coffee blend” in their title. I had a latte, and maybe the only organic ingredient was the coffee bean (not too sure). The oatmilk was just regular oatmilk brand from a grocery store. The latte itself was a meh. I also ordered a bagel and cream cheese. Guess what, it was also a bagel from the grocery store I used to buy and the cream cheese is from this wholesaler container (not organic). So when I got my bagel, it was hella burnt. The barista lady who served me didn’t really have the energy of a Barista person, she’s not unpleasant but she’s not also engaging. So i asked her to change my burnt bagel, and then she just gave me a look. I mean maybe apologize for giving me a burnt bagel first and understand why as a customer I wont eat that? Right? Came here because I was attending an event. I was planning on ordering after I was going to use the restroom. Since I was going to be in the whole for a while. We kept getting harassed by the staff demanding we purchase something before getting in line for the restroom. But In all honesty I was disappointed. I wasn't going to order my items and then wait in the huge line. I feel like the gentleman that was there that day could've spoken to all of us correctly instead of being disrespectful. I ended up ordering a Arnold Palmer. I was going to order more but since we got yelled at made the experience more so like why would I want to support a business if your going to hound us. I ended up accidentally grabbing a drink when asked if it was mine and was told it wasn't since my drink was on the opposite end. So again. Was not intending to but it was chaotic. Would I recommend this place no. Would I come back? Heck no? Do better. It ain't a Starbucks or anything of that matter but approaching your guest rudely would def drive lots of potential clients...

The owner and staff give phenomenal customer service. The coffee is delicious. Many different options for me. I would say probably the best breakfast burrito I ever had. The owner is very outgoing and has great interaction with customers from all different backgrounds. As someone that is from New Jersey, I wasn't sure how I would be accepted in this new area. Since I moved here and found this shop, I have felt very welcomed. The setting is very chill. The conversation with the owner has been fantastic. He is very down to earth....nothing fake with him. It feels like the coffee version of Cheers...just to show my age.....or honestly the West Hollywood version of the Friends coffee shop. For those not into coffee....he has different teas. And for the health fanatics, try the fresh made juices. The Ginger Shot will wake you up just as good as any of the coffees in a healthy way. Overall, it has been a fantastic...
