I’ve ordered from here so many times and enjoyed their food as it was the closest thing to food back home. They must have gotten new management or whatever they did is ATROCIOUS!! How I can possibly sit on the phone with someone and spell out my address three times and repeat my order three times to make sure we’re all on the same page and STILL have them calling my phone 10x because they didn’t have my address is beyondddddd me. I hobbled outside of my apartment, on crutches and watched as someone just sat in their car..... as there was no conceivable way that a DELIVERY person would just sit in the car and not even approach the building; I hobbled back inside, on my crutches to see of course four more missed calls..... then a manager wasn’t available because they left to figure out my address. Lmaooo, what? I will GLADLY spend $30 on a lasagna and two pieces of cheesecake elsewhere. Truly disturbing and...

Not really able to tell what the service or atmosphere is like normally due to the social distancing protocols not allowing seating yet, however the food was delicious! We ordered the cheese tortellini, fried ravioli, and cheese garlic bread. Each one had flavorful and ample amounts of cheese, and nothing tasted like it was simply reheated in the microwave (I'm looking at you, Olive Garden). The selection on the menu was fairly typical of most Italian restaurants, with a few added items like hamburgers and tacos (what place doesn't sell tacos in LA?) and the wine menu was a little lacking, but as someone who doesn't really care if they have the most fancy Bordeaux on hand, it was a fine selection.
