Nestled in the heart of Los Angeles, this culinary gem offers a unique fusion of gourmet dishes, artisanal bakery delights, and expertly crafted cappuccinos.

The menu at The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker is a true feast for the senses. Their commitment to sourcing high-quality ingredients is evident in every dish. I had the pleasure of sampling a variety of dishes, each bursting with flavors and beautifully presented. From their succulent steak cuts and tender roasted chicken to their delectable seafood options, every bite was a testament to the culinary prowess of the chefs.
As a bakery aficionado, I was particularly impressed by the wide array of freshly baked goods available. Their artisanal bread, pastries, and desserts were a treat for the palate. The fragrant aroma of freshly baked bread wafting through the air created an irresistible allure, and I couldn’t resist indulging in a flaky croissant and a heavenly slice of cake.
To complement the meal, I tried their signature cappuccinos, and they certainly lived up to their reputation. Each cup was meticulously crafted, with rich, velvety foam and robust espresso flavors. The baristas showcased their skill and passion for coffee, providing a memorable caffeine experience that perfectly rounded out the meal.
The service at The Butcher, The Baker, The Cappuccino Maker was attentive and friendly. The staff displayed a genuine enthusiasm for the food they served, and their recommendations were spot-on. However, at times, the service could be a bit slow, particularly during peak hours. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience remained enjoyable.

Read moreWe came at around 11am on the weekend and had to wait for 30 minutes to get a table🤷🏻♂️, but it was definitely worth the wait 💯. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the customer service was great! It was our first time here and the waiter was very patient in explaining the menu to us. Food was served in 15 minutes, considering the crowd, that was rather quick to me 👌🏼. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining, whichever rocks your boat 😁! The place was clean and cozy, too ✨! As for parking, we managed to find street parking, but they also have parking spaces at the back of the restaurant (look out for "Sunset Plaza" parking).
The food: Hand painted BBCM Colorburst Latte ☕ (10/10): I personally don't drink coffee, but my girlfriend told me that this cappuccino tasted great and it's one of the best she has tasted for a while.
Traditional Breakfast w/ Chicken Sausage 🍳🥔🌭🍞 (8/10): I really enjoyed this dish because the egg was cooked to perfection, the salt on the eggs was just right and it also wasn't too oily. The potato was also tasty and crunchy 😋! The sausage was also enjoyable (not too salty)! The only reason I gave it a 8 and not a 10 is because of the price relative to the portion served.
🏆Butcher's Benedict 🍔🥗 (10/10) 🏆: This was by far my favorite dish of the day 👌🏼! The salad was fresh, and the beef patty was juicy, seasoned well, aromatic and was served in a very generous portion 💯! I thought the bun was also tasty. Nevertheless, hands down, the hollandaise was like an icing on the cake for me! TOTALLY RECOMMENDED!
The pancake thing (10/10): I have forgotten the name of this dish, but wow, it was a perfect dessert. The berries 🫐 were sweet and the pancake itself was very enjoyable. However, I was glad that I was able to share this because after the 3rd of 4th bite, diminishing returns were kicking in 🤪.
Overall, this was an enjoyable brunch, I am definitely coming back here again! Totally...
Read moreI came here this past Sunday for the first time early morning. I had a reservation at 9:15am. Apparently this place gets busy on Sundays. Got there at 9:05 and waited in line to check in which took about 10 min to get through the line. We finally got to see the hostess and she checked us in and said it will be another five to ten minutes to get seated. So what's the point of a reservation again?? Anyway so we waited. Its about 9:35am and we still haven't got seated so I go up to her and ask her why is it taking so long as we see other people being seated before us. I don't think these peoples reservations were also at 9:15am.. ?? I told her that we have been waiting for almost 30 min.. and what she said to me was, oh I didn't know your whole party was here. Are you f'n kidding me???? The reservation says two people! And it was me and my friend who came up to talk to her when we checked in! This girl didn't even apologize for her mistake and never asked me if my whole party was there! Like come on. Place was not even that crowded. They had a few empty tables in the back so it's not like it should have been overbearing for her. We honestly came here for the colorburst latte. The food was sub-par nothing special. We got the avocado toast with poached eggs and side of roasted potatoes. The potatoes were overdone. They were insipid and dry. Barely any flavor. They cut up the toast and put the poached egg on the side. Kind of annoying not to have it on top of the toast so you have to eat it separate. Only reason why I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of one is because of our server Oscar. He was wonderful. Very attentive and nice. Really changed our experience. Made it so much better and we really appreciate that. Thank you Oscar. Other than that not sure if I'll return to this place not at all what's it cracked out to...
