I recently stopped by Carl's Jr. for a quick bite, but I left feeling more annoyed than satisfied. The food was okay, but the overall experience was ruined by a few major issues.
First off, the constant nagging to scan the app was beyond frustrating. Every time I ordered, the cashier would push the app, and the screens around the restaurant were plastered with reminders to download it. It felt like I was being harassed into using the app rather than genuinely enhancing my experience. I get it, apps are convenient, but the relentless promotion was just too much.
The food itself was a mixed bag. Some items were tasty, but others felt overly processed and bland. The burgers were decent but nothing special, and the fries were crispy but nothing to write home about. The quality of the ingredients seemed inconsistent, which is disappointing for a fast-food chain that claims to use fresh ingredients.
The service was also a letdown. The staff seemed rushed and not particularly attentive. My order took longer than expected, and there were a few mix-ups. The overall atmosphere felt hurried and impersonal, which made the dining experience less enjoyable.

The manager backed her up and they refused to even acknowledged that the receipt was correct. Which it was and it was listed on there. Read moreI had the pleasure of coming into this location of Carl’s Jr. today around 12-1pm. The food was amazing, but I give mega props to the manager Paloma for having to deal with a very disruptive customer. This customer came in with a massive attitude and slamming his bag on the counter. He was complaining about receiving the wrong food and being allergic to guacamole/avocados. Palonia was extremely polite and concerned for him asking “ are you OK? Did you already take a bite? Do we need to call the hospital?” The customer then said that she had a massive attitude and was making up false and completely Situations, hi, then stopped minding my own business and told him that there was no attitude and that he needs to chill and she’s already concerned for him. Right after he got the correct food, he then got in my face screaming I need to get out of peoples business.
