my family and I had the absolute WORST experience here today. we came in for dinner after swimming all day, a couple came in right behind me, my husband and our 4 year old son. they watched us walk in but continued to sit the people that came in behind us, first. there were maybe 5 tables sat so they weren’t busy and we were sat pretty quickly afterwards but it was just weird. We ordered our drinks, I took maybe 5 min to decide what I wanted but our server was very obviously annoyed with the amount of time I took. After we ordered our food, I realized I had left my card in my car so we all decided to walk back to the car to grab it. we tried to stop the busser to let him know we would be right back but he didn’t speak English which is totally fine the point is we tried to tell not only him but also our server, who we did let know we’d be right back after running to the car in Which she replied ok! As we were walking to the parking lot ANOTHER worker followed us out and asked if we were leaving in which we replied again that we just needed to run to my car and we would be back in just a second. She said ok! When we got back, our table had been cleared of our drinks and our toddlers menu and crayons. Our server came walking back and said it’s ok so we sat back down and she brought our drinks back out Except for mine, which was a Diet Pepsi, we had to remind her, no big deal. our server brought my son and my husbands food out but Failed to mention they didn’t have what I had ordered, which was the ribs, until a few minutes later when she came back and said they were out of BBQ. I asked to see a menu and decided quickly that I would order the pot roast. While waiting for my food, our server was just a couple tables down sweeping when another server walked past her saying something in Spanish, they both immediately looked right at me and my family and started laughing. Whatever.. I was getting a bit frustrated at this point but thought no big deal. I got my food a bit later and as we were eating our server kept glaring at us from afar. We decided to get out of there, and I was nice enough to leave a 5 dollar bill on the table for our server even tho I thought she didn’t deserve a penny. We went to the front to pay, and as we’re decidi if we want dessert, our server walks up to the host saying something else in Spanish to her I’m only assuming it’s the amount of tip I chose to leave her as I felt necessar. we decided no dessert and I paid with my card. As we are leaving I notice my card was charged 10 dollars more than what the bill said. as we’re talking about it we notice our server behind us in the window pulling the blinds up to stare at us agai. we went back in to ask about the extra 10 dollar charge and they were extremely disrespectful and unapologetic they had no options or explanation other than we need to call our bank about it. At that point I had had enough. I was extremely frustrated and asked them why they had treated us the way they did the entire time we were there. We ate here last week and was really disappointed with the service and the food. I ordered a hamburger and it tasted like a frozen hamburger patty you would buy from Walmart. Our waitress only checked on us one time because her and the other servers were too busy talking up front. We sat there and waited for our ticket for several minutes until our waitress made eye contact with me and she finally decided to see if we needed anything. After telling us she would bring our ticket, we sat there for another 15 minutes. I didn't realize there were other tables near us that had also been waiting for their tickets. We had a movie to go to and because of the long wait for our ticket, we were cutting it really close to the movie starting. While we were waiting, I watched the employees basically doing nothing but talking up front and not doing their jobs. When our waitress happened to make eye contact with me again, that's when she finally brought over our ticket. I need to also add they were not busy at all. There were only a few tables with customers so there isn't any reason for the bad service. The restaurant in West Valley has always been our favorite and the service is so much better. We've never had any issues there so we didn't expect to have any issues at this one.

And what is wrong with their bathrooms? The women's bathroom smells like an open sewer. It is so disgusting. I would think that would be a huge priority to fix. Maybe between the terrible service and the stinky bathroom it would explain why they weren't busy. Definitely would not recommend...
