Every time I come to this store my experience is the worst. Placed a mobile order and arrived when it said it would be ready. I walk up to the āonline order pick upā and stood there for minutes without a single employee saying anything to me. Granted there are at least 5 employees working at the time. I finally had to get an employees attention and ask if I could get my mobile order. I tell them the name and they donāt have it. They tell me orders arenāt coming through. So they ask me what I ordered and I donāt know because my wife placed the order, not me. And the screenshot she sent me only shows +1 for ingredients. Sheās not available for me to call so they just sit there not knowing what to do because apparently they canāt pull up the order or see it. The one employee tells the other to call the manager, but is hesitant to do so because the last time they called she āsounded annoyedā.
I donāt think the manager has room to be annoyed when your system isnāt working. If annoy should be annoyed it should be your mobile customers. Your lines are always backed up and slow so mobile should be the solution⦠but I guess not.
Employees are super unprofessional and really just donāt care at all. Instead they concern themselves with having their own private conversations and donāt prioritize the busy lines. Thereās no organization or professionalism. I understand this is a high school student job, but at least have one responsible person on shift to run things properly. Sacrificing customer service to save a dollar.
Store is also dirty and looking run down. This store desperately needs...

I came in , got in the line and the employee girl started yelling at us in front of all the customers that were ordering ,they were closed. I asked her nicely if she could make one more ice cream than what she was already making. She got even more mad, and said NO!! My husband asked for the manager. The Manager came out looking like she was taking a nap in the back with her hair all over the place and one side of her face was red. Told us really rude that they were closed! Lights were on ,customers ordering , I did not see a closed sign. There is a nicer way to say we are closed. I will take my business elsewhere. We went to baskin robins and everyone was was very nice, polite , and put together. Cold stone has lost two customer of 20 years! I will never come back to an unhappily environment , where employees are so upset to make an ice cream 2 minutes...

I asked for a ālikeā size. They didnāt even fill up the cup (everyone else had a scoop that went over the brim. I asked for cherry pie filling as a mix in. I received 2 whole cherries. Plus she mixed my icecream so long I could have sucked it up with a straw. Whatever, people mess up sometimes, was my thought. Then my wife had asked for one of their flavors of the month which was one of the cookie dough ones. The person asked what toppings and my wife said whatever ones come in the special. She have sore add-ins or toppings. I still wasnāt going to say anything. When we got home we grabbed the bag they had put the Carmel apple that we had ordered in. Juice had leaked through the bag because we had asked them to slice this. In the past these have always come in a plastic container. But this was straight in a brown lunch sack. I am 100% sure that would not pass food safety...
