Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in West Jordan

When they first opened I was there every day maybe even twice a day. I was able to get to know the friendly staff. Recently there are newer employees and the original ones are slowly leaving the place. My coffee soon became inconsistent, they employees are trying to move fast, but too fast that they are making my coffee (exact same order everyday) the opposite what I requested. And there is this one girl who does not shut the lid tight so I'd have to look out for her before if she makes my drink to make sure to tell them to tighten my lid before handing it to me. The one time recently they handed me my drink and before I grabbed it, it spilled open all over the inside and outside my driver side door. I didnt think it would be that bad, but the window girl started to wipe my car paint with the hard paper towel. They made me a new one, but the girl who made my coffee didn't seem to want to take the blame and said the window girl had too strong of a grip. I drove off thinking it wasn't that bad, I gor home to see my whole driverside door my foot rail, inside my window crevice and of course my window and lock buttons. I had to go get my car washed asap, I went to clean it but my window still had the wet coffee crease when rolling the window up and down, it too me a little to finally get it to clean up. I didn't want my window to be sticky when it dried, and to have the crease line on my window. I went back to complain 2 days later because I was so mad to even go the next day. And they said oh no, did they remake you a new coffee? And left it at that and an Im so sorry. If you get the original workers they are more appreciative of you and show love...

This was the very first Dutch Bros I tried (January 2023) & it's been my favorite go-to shop since! I work nights & sometimes I'd like to have a coffee to get me through. When I found out there was a DB nearby, I gave it a try & havent been disappointed yet! This is coming from someone who only drank Starbucks. Now, it's Dutch Bros all the way 🤘 Every experience has been a great one at this location. The young men & women they hire all seem to be fantastic kids/young adults, with good heads on their shoulders. They're always very nice, personable & fast! The app is a wonderful touch & I not only enjoy the awesome rewards, but the collections of different stickers & information for upcoming events & new drinks. Tonight (03/21/23) I was headed to work & decided to stop by for my 2 faves; Medium Frozen White Chocolate Lavender & a small Iced Double Tourture. The young man accidently made the small DT hot & was very nice when I told him I actually wanted it iced. He apologized & acknowledged the mistake. There was no issues with him making it again, which I really appreciated & he even let me have the hot version. Which, I'll save for my fiance when he goes to work in the morning 😉 Keep up the good work Dutch Bros 👏 My only critique is to keep White Chocolate Lavender for year around enjoyment... I don't know what I'm going to do come summer time, when I won't be able to enjoy my FAVE frozen coffee 🤷🏻‍♀️ I guess I'll have to learn how to make my own...

Boy oh boy. In my days I have had a lot of coffee from a lot of different places. I have heard of Dutch Bros but there have never been any in Utah. Until now. I went to their West Jordan location the other day to try it. They had a long line, and I patiently waited because they have a good reputation on line. When it was finally my turn to order, I was greeted at my window by a young man with and iPad who was going to be taking my order. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I pulled their website up for the menu. This young man walked with my car as the line moved, and told me about some of the drinks and talked with me about other random thing. He was a really nice, cool guy. Then I finally got to the window and got my drinks. A Smores Mocha for me, and Creme Brule Chai for the girlfriend. The girl at the window was so nice, and and kind while we were waiting too. Then came the moment of truth. I was told by the young man earlier, if I didn't like the drink they would make a new one free. Well, this didn't need to happen because the drink was spectacular! I tried my girlfriends drink and it too was amazing! The best coffee drinks I have ever had and that is saying a lot! I went back today and got the same amazing service, and amazing drink. I recommend this 10/10. If I could give them 6 stars I would. To all readers, if it appears they have a long line, please be patient it is highly worth it! That's why...
