We did everything that we were supposed to. We ordered on the mobile app, pulled up to curbside pickup, but when we arrived, they had placed blue painters tape over the number, so you can’t call the number. My husband had to go to the door, because they had blocked the number. They used to hand the food out, the door, but evidently stopped. So he was immediately yelled at for not having a mask, but he shouldn’t have had to go to the door, because the curbside pickup should never have been blocked out.
It never would have been a problem, had they not covered up the curbside number!!!
The manager was absolutely unprofessional and the situation never had to happen, had they not made it impossible to use curbside pickup like the hundreds of other restaurants that actually use their curbside pickup spots.
We did the mobile curbside pickup because we do not have masks! But they choose to make it impossible to use it.
And while it was supposed to be ready at 2:45, they didn’t have it done until 3. I’ve had to wait as long as 45 minutes before.
2 employees were taking a break at the same time, so no one was actually there to help in the first place, the manager refused to come out at first, waited for another guy to come with her, my husband said he wanted to speak to the manger alone. The guy was smacking his hands together confrontationally, like he wanted to hit my husband. He told my husband he didn’t need this job anyway. The manager said: PLEASE complain, PLEASE do.
We spent nearly $40 of our hard earned money for your food, to walk into a 3 ring circus of unprofessionalism and a complete inability to use your curbside pickup.
I want to know why they weren’t adequately trained to deal with customer conflict and why they had 2 customer service employees eating at the same time, unable to serve customers, and not using staggering breaks as is industry standard.

Okay no big deal every other panda opens at 1030 being why i choose this specific one so ill give them a chance. I love panda I was willing to wait for fresh good food. 1030 rolls around and the doors remain locked.! I tried to get somebodys attention still trying so hard to be patient. They completely ignored me even looking over waving at me. So now im livid, cool. Whatever at this point im just hungry i want my food so i can go home and forget about this panda forever. I finally get inside at 1040 i was greeted by the cook. The counter employees completely ignored me ONCE AGAIN. Even standing right in front of me. And NO FOOD IS EVEN READY. I asked the girl at the counter what time they opened which she said was 1030 and they barely changed it. Okay i get that I'm very understanding person but this is just unacceptable. When i asked where the food was she said the cook barely got there. Thats not any type of excuse. She proceeded to look smug and say sorry with a smile like it was funny. My partner and I along with my daughter waited in line when realizing my daughter and I forgot our masks in my car at my partners house, my partner and I decided to provide the only mask we had to my my daughter and use our shirts as a face covering, the person helping us asked did we had real masks we said no while we were ordering the 3 of us witnesses the manager, the person who should be setting an example for the employees serving food for online orders with no gloves when confronted for the 2nd time about us not having mask, yet still having face coverings, my partner and I both spoke up about the supervisor on shift serving food without gloves the employee stated he did NOT want to hear it!! The manager never put gloves on even after being confronted we proceeded to watch him continue to serve food without gloves for a solid 30 minutes, if I should be expected to follow the company policy, maybe supervisors should be expected to follow food safety policy which has been in paly so much longer then the face covering policy!!
