DON'T USE THEIR DELIVERY. Go with the Door Dash option instead. I waited over an hour to get my delivery order completed, and while they did give me two kids meal coupons for my waiting (I'd purchased a kids meal for my kid and some nuggets for me) they promised not only the coupons but deals and such through the Chick-fil-A app. I used to deliver pizzas in college and know what it can be like. When I made the order, I tipped $5 on a $12 oder and even then tipped the driver an extra $3 when he had to come out a second time because they had forgotten a part of my order. A 66% tip is not bad considering how patient I had been waiting. When Michael came back to drop off the rest of my order, he did give me two physical coupons. However, on the phone, Alex promised to add additional deals, discounts, and/or coupons to my app. I waited and so far, nothing has shown up. I had to reheat everything that was delivered, but the saddest part was that because it took so long, my child became very hungry. I gave her some home-cooked food, and by the time the complete order arrived, she no longer wanted ANY of the food. I don't think I'll ever use the Chick-fil-a delivery again, and instead drive out there myself, baby girl in tow, or if I can't, use the Door...
Read moreWhat a great establishment! I always enjoy going there because of; good food, great service, the prices and of course the fresh flowers are always a nice touch! Today on the other hand... made me appreciate Chick-Fil-A even more. I decided to make lunch for the homeless and thought packets of mayo and mustard would be great for the sandwiches (so they didn't get soggy before I handed them out). I checked Wal-mart to see if they would let me purchase any from them and they turned me down because I didn't give much notice (okay I guess I can understand that to a point) and because I didn't have paperwork with a Tax ID#..... since when do you need a Tax ID# to do something nice for people who are in need... I was even willing to pay for them!!! I left feeling disappointed that such a huge franchise couldn't be a little more flexible, especially for a good cause. On my way home I saw the Chick-Fil-A and decided to give them a shot... not only did they work with my "short notice" BUT, they donated them and said they would be willing to help out again. Every year they also help with donations to my daughters school. What more could you ask for from a business??? I will continue eating there on occasion!...
Read moreThis Chick-fil-A location handled the situation extremely poorly. While I was in the drive-thru line, a woman behind me became very upset because my car was angled differently I had pulled in awkwardly, but was in no way cutting in line. Despite that, she began causing a major scene. I expected the manager to step in and de-escalate the situation, as any responsible manager should. Instead, he took his time, misjudged what was happening, and shockingly chose to escalate things further by yelling at me through my car window. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially coming from someone in a leadership position. A manager should aim to calm tense situations not worsen them or direct aggression toward a young woman. In any professional customer service environment, this kind of behavior would carry serious consequences. The one bright spot in this experience was the young woman taking my order. She was kind, composed, and professional the only person there who truly understood what good customer service looks like. She stood out in the best way. Unfortunately, this was an awful experience that I won’t forget and it’s one I’ll be sharing with friends and family anytime...
