If I could give this McDonalds 0 stars I would!
We went there 2 night in a row late because literally nothing else is opened when we are done moving! After 2 long days of moving furniture and heavy boxes both meals were down right gross! The first occasion the buns were hard and stale the meat was cold and the cheese was not even melted, the fries were old and gross & one of the Powerade's was foamy and smells like cleaner!
The second night I ask specifically for fresh food advising them that the food I got yesterday was old and stale! ~ ! Asked them to please make the meat and the fries fresh! Well, the fries were so stale that one snapped in half when bending it and made a snap sound, the rest were either the same of horribly soggy, They charged me 3 dollars more for a meal of which they had Promotional signs hanging stating $6 Travis Scott Meal , (my 13 year old was so excited for it until he bit a hard fry and cut his gum). I ask her to fix it and she blankly stares at me like she wants me to leave, I say it again and she rolls her eyes and says fine all I can do is refund it. OK! I'm like OK. Then when she comes back I let her know of the fries! She proceeds to again stare at me blankly like I am such an inconvenience as I apologize for being a pain in the butt, but we like fresh fries that won't break our teeth. She takes the fries says nothing leaves, sends someone else to give us our half stale half fresh fries, and doesn't give us our drinks! I didn't dare say anything else at this point!
Needless to say will never go to this McDonalds again!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had at a drive through. We pulled up just before 9 when it was absolutely dead, no cars in the drive through or in line. We ordered 6 sundaes, no modifications, and the person on the mic yelled at us to hurry up if we didn't have anything else. We pulled forward, paid at a very ornery cashier, and then pulled to the second window.
We waited there for 5 minutes with no sign of activity until they suddenly came up and told us to pull forward, we declined, seeing as the line was empty and they were clearly just being slow. Instead of going and making the sundaes to get rid of us faster, they instead sent some some guy with greasy black hair to demand we move in a threatening tone. We stood our ground and continued to decline as there still no cars, despite his claims that a car was just about to pull up. He eventually went back in and did god-knows-what for the next 5 to 10 minutes until another car pulled up, upon which they sent the original worker outside with their order to walk around us to the car behind. We waited another 5 minutes, after which we were handed 5 of our sundaes with a sparky "thanks for holding up the line", before we were forced to remind him that we had ordered 6, not 5, which took him several seconds to even process. He departed for a moment, returned with the 6th and slammed the window.
All to say, absolute cretins work here, apparently, avoid this location at all costs. They're slow, unprofessional, and occasionally openly hostile, on top of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI guess my rating is biased because of my experience. š But. THAT'S what THIS is here for. š So here goes.. I called every store around. About 30-40 different McDonald's stores, within a 40 mile radius, clear down to Utah County and clear up to Salt Lake, and asked if they still had the '40th Anniversay Happy Meal Toys', to save myself from driving all over the place. The employee (guy/kid) who answered the call said that they did. I was excited to finally hear a yes, but questioned him, saying that I've called all over and everywhere was out. He insisted that they did have them. I also asked him which #'s they have left (for example, Grimace was toy or bag #6 out of 18) and he told me that his manager said that they are just suppose to give them out as a surprise and that they were not aloud to pick through. Which I understood and would just go in the store and talk to them when I got there. So I set my google maps and left to go purchase some Happy Meals. Or at least the toys. When I arrived I was greeted and asked how I could be helped, the employee (or appeared to be manager on shift) said that they've been out, when I asked about the toys. Needless to say, I am very disappointed in my wasted time and gas. The thing about this is, it could have been prevented. Next time, don't just say the easy answer, actually look and find out and make the customer happier with...
