Don't order Carside To Go and expect someone to actually come out and greet you. Ordered food at 8:24 PM and arrived at 8:38 PM (the e-mail estimated food would be ready in 15 min, so 8:39 PM), a little late, but not too late. Waited around until almost 9:00 PM and went inside. As I walked in, I could see the manager peek around the corner out of the kitchen and notice me, then dart right back into the kitchen without acknowledgement. The bartender sees me and asks if I have a to go order. I say yes and go over to him and he explains that the Carside To Go person leaves at 9. That's cool, except I ordered over a half-hour before that and have been here since just after 8:30. The manager comes over and was nice at first, and gave me a free dessert, which I thanked her for. However, as I was about to leave I asked her to confirm the time at which Carside To Go orders must be picked up inside to make sure I heard the bartender right, and she said 9:00 PM. I said ok and that I was here at just after 8:30 PM and nobody acknowledged me and before I could finish saying what I wanted to say (which wasn't bad, just wanted to suggest a way to help her solve that issue in the future), she let's out a snarky comment with her back turned about giving me a free dessert. At that point I just said I appreciate that and took my food and left, because I would've said something I regret.
If 9:00 PM is your cutoff, and it's 8:30 and you're not even bothering to see if someone's been out there waiting for 20 minutes, maybe you should review your management practices.
If this were my first negative experience with Carside To Go, I wouldn't have been upset. This is the 2nd time I've had to wait around for a to go order for absolutely no reason. The first time they told me my food was up in the window and they just forgot about it. They didn't bother to comp me either and the food was cold by the...
Read morePossibly the worst dine in experience ever! First I will thank the smiley face who greeted/ seated us- she was wonderful and happy to see us! Second I’ll thank the male waiter(dark curly hair) who stepped in to take our drink order after we had sat there with two very young children for quite some time. He didn’t have to take care of us but was more than happy to! And lastly, the waitress(Cody- blond hair female) that was barely there.. thank you for talking so poorly ABOUT us to another waitress across the room, for leaving our glasses empty(including our kids drinks), for acting like you could care less about us being there, who didn’t care to hear that our food was not cooked correctly, we needed more drinks, or anything. The way you talked to us was so unwelcoming and very belittling.. so when we left you a 10% tip- just be happy you recieved that much. The worst part of it was you spoke about it to other people in the restaurant where we could hear you! After we waited forever after paying our bill(on the screen at the table because we waited so long for a check that never came). I had to wait with a screaming one year old for to go boxes while you talked to the lady at the bar. Thankfully the hostess at the front was more than happy to help us out and grab us a box because she could see we were struggling. You walked right over, looked at my husband and said “you only left me a $5 tip did I do something wrong”. Completely caught off guard with a screaming toddler we nicely said you left our cups empty, the food came out cold, and things weren’t cooked right”... I was and still am completely blown away by your approach to this. I should add that we normally are beyond generous when we tip, even if we have bad service in general we still tip at 20%. So the 10% you got today for you talking about us out loud in the place that employs you is beyond what...

We arrived and no one was at the door but that was ok. The place was almost empty and so many tables were free. In the way to the table we saw a server and he was giving us an attitude, I even said good evening but he didn't respond. Forget it. Maybe he was in bad mode. But what happened next was very disrespectful, he came to our table and threw three menu, three knife and three fork and left without saying anything. Another server came to take our order and i tried to explain what happened, And she said something very interesting, she said that we should wait for him at door. So it sound like we deserved what happened because we vaulted the law of Applebee's. Ok forget it, We are here to eat, Right? We ordered our main dishes and the appetizers then we waited for the food for decent time, then she brings the main dishes before the Appetizers, I asked her about the Appetizers and she replied that she had only two hand, and that was great answer for question nobody asked because normally the served the Appetizers before the main dishes. Then she said do you want me to call for the manger? I said no we will eat our food and leave. But it seems that story is not about to ended because the food was cold. I call for the manger and i waited for about 15 minutes then I call again and she came. She was very nice and very polite ... She listened to our complaints, apologized for everything and offered us some free dishes but I couldn't accept that. I paid my bill, I left and I will not...
