I like McAlister's and generally have good experiences. Not this time, though. Not sure what happened, but they just didn't seem to be able to make the place run. One young woman was working frantically while the rest didn't seem too interested.
When I arrived, there was a line of people waiting to order, but no one at the counter. While I waited for my to go order, I was next to some tables that hadn't been cleared. It took about 30 minutes to order and get my food. The tables were still dirty when I left.
When I got home, the sandwich that was not supposed to have onions had them. Also, the avocado on the salad was brown.
It's a familiar restaurant in a small town, so we'll go back some other time to see if it's better. There was a women's basketball game on campus today, so maybe the post game rush was the problem. I guess everyone has a bad...

I heard the one lady who was carrying food speak to the second woman carying food. They were searching for table 31. My table. As she was going to pass me I asked her if she was looking for 31. Not only did both of them completely ignore me but walked past me without a single word. Set the food at the table with my mom and son while I stood to the side. Despite the rude interaction I said thank you. The entire time we were there I caught both of the 2 ladies giving me evil death glares. We had placed a mobile order for McAllister on the West side. We drove up to the window to pick it up and were told that they were having computer issues but they were preparing it now and to park in the a certain parking spot. 10 minutes later, they brought out the order without drinks, so they had to go back. While we were waiting again, we noticed that it wasn't our order. When our drinks came out, we told them and took back the order. We were then told that they would bring our correct order out promptly. Thirty minutes later, I went in to find our order just sitting on the counter.
