I do NOT recommend this Noodles and Company at all. If you have been here, I also recommend that you check your credit card statements to make sure you haven't been cheated.
Service: The service here is unfriendly and shady.
Prior to going, I registered through the Noodles and Company app to collect rewards. After doing so, I received a notification of a company wide 20% off deal for Regular Asian Entrees for the weekend. Again, company wide.
This sounded great since my wife wanted the Pad Thai and I wanted the Japanese Pan Noodles. However, when we get there, the manager? owner? Person employing their pre-teen child as a server refused to honor the company wide discount.
The manager told us that the rewards system was down and had been all month. (okay... right...) He also refused to honor the company wide 20% off regular Asian entrees which we both had ordered. Which, on a $26 bill would have been $5.20.
To be frank, I feel cheated by this experience alone, but it gets worse from there.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere was honestly sad. I know my opinions are biased because I feel we were cheated and lied too, but the restaurant just looked worn out. Tables and chairs were in poor condition. The walls were blank. There was no background music playing. All things that this location, and others, use to do, but not anymore.
The entire experience just felt cheap. Food use to be served on dishware, now it's on disposable plastic bowls. But forks were brought out on porcelain dishes for reasons?
Food: The food while tasty, was suspiciously small. We ordered Regular sized entrees which use to be large portions, now they were the size of what the small portions use to be.
However, what makes this suspect is that having eaten at other Noodles and Companies, the portions at those haven't shrunk as much. Again, I feel the manager/owner is deliberately cheating customers.
I can in no way recommend this Noodles and advise you to check your credit...

Today I ordered from their app and used my BOGO rewards (get one free small entree with an order of a small entree)--or so I thought. I rechecked the app twice to see if I applied my rewards, and they all checked up. However, when I got home and opened the paper bag, there was only one plate. After I finished eating, I went back to N&C to see what went wrong. Turns out, the reward didn't come through... They checked the system and it said that I can't claim the reward then... but they gave me a free small entree nonetheless! that's not all, they gave me extra protein!!! (the BOGO reward didn't come with protein.) Make this branch your regular!!!...
