I ordered 15 pieces of wings (flats only) with 2 different sauces. I received my order in a paper bag with my name printed on the receipt, which is stapled on the bag. When I reached home and opened the bag, all that was in it were 8 wings with a different kind of sauce than what I ordered, and it was a mix of drummettes and flats. I tried to call Wingstop to ask them about the wrong order, and all they said is that I will only receive a $1 refund for the wrong order and another 7 pieces of flats only. I obviously decline that offer, as I only wanted flats only. I tried to ask them for another compensation, and they decided to hang up on me as I speak. I called them 8 times, and all they did was hang up on me. Once I was on the phone with Wingstop and I talked to a different guy, he also hung up on me right after I told him that I was the one who received the wrong order. I feel like this is not the way to resolve a problem by just hiding and not trying to fix the issue. It is very unprofessional. I was really mad that I decided to go to Wingstop myself and talked to the manager, and even still, she still admitted that she hung up on me because she said that I can't be talked to. I was just asking how the issue can be resolved and wasn't arguing or mocking them. Well, I guess that this is the mentality of the staff there... HORRIBLE! Like most Americans, we want to go out to eat and make sure that we get what we pay for. Tonight was no exception and I decided Wingstop would be my dinner tonight. I ordered through the app and even came in 10 minutes before it was estimated to be done. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter to take orders and three people waiting to be serviced. When it was finally my turn, I told the employee my name and he casually glanced over the names and left to go to the kitchen. I assumed he went to look for my order, but then he came to take another order. I figured my food wasn't ready yet. Then, after serving the other people, the same employee asked me my name again. I told him and he found my order. Turns out, it was ready the whole time and he just didnt put the effort to look hard enough. Waited probably 10 minutes or so after the promised time (understandable as busy as they were on day 1) and they seal all bags as if they were a door dash order, so you can't really see what's in it. Took my bag (which was the right bag per my receipt on it) home and cracked it open and lo and behold my 20 piece boneless meal had somehow became an 8 piece bone in meal. Tried calling the store to report the error and no one would answer. Figured I'd just try to fill the online form out to get a refund, no dice because the store isn't an option on the list of stores. I drive back to the store to ask for a refund and the guy behind the counter couldn't sign into the app to issue a refund so he had to take my info down to look at later.
