02/08/24- It's Wendy's, but since I never eat there it's a treat. I'll give them the a 5 🌟 and a shout out. Jo was the friendly cashier up front who had a line but kept smiling. I came in for the promo meal I saw on tv.
I had questions and Jo was patient. Jo did not rush me and explained they did not have the promo meal and offered me a chicken sandwich to which I allegedly 😁 agreed.
I got my meal, sat down and after a few nuggets I realized I had a chicken sandwich, which I never order. I went up to Jo and asked what happened to the burger.
Jo said I ordered the chicken sandwich. I said I didn't hear her offer it to me and I that I never order those. I asked if it could be exchanged. Jo was not sure.
Jo asked Elaine what she could do. I felt bad and told Elaine I don't like or order the chicken sandwich and I did not hear Jo offer it. I asked her if she could exchange it for the promotion burger I saw on tv.
Elaine was very understanding. Elaine said she could exchange it. While I was upset I was polite. I don't get all crazy like some people do over food.
Elaine turned my day and Wendy's experience into a happy one as my day had already been a long one. I never take out my bad day on anyone as they are not aware of it.
The fries were fresh and hot. The nuggets were filling and the burger 🍔 was good. Overall a great experience and I will go back!

Read moreI like to give grace to fast food workers as I also work in fast food and know how terrible it can be. However the lady working drive through today not only glared at me and my boyfriend the entire time we were paying, they also got my order wrong. I got two drinks and a burger. it took almost 10 minutes to get my food despite them having more than enough people working, all of whom I could see on their phones and talking to each other from the window. She didnt even give me my receipt. Maybe if the workers here werent so busy giggling in the back itd have better service.
When I went inside to correct the drinks they got wrong, it again took almost 10 minutes, 15 if you count how long it took for someone to come to the counter and all that was before they even told us oops we need to make more coffee! What in the world were you doing before? Scratch that I could see them. Talking and being on their phones from the counter the entire time.
Disrespectful and dissapointing. Just what youd expect from a poorly managed Wendys, this doesnt even mention how dirty the lobby was, which I had a good long look at despite wanting to get my food in drive. I wouldnt be surprised if they only cleaned once at...
Read moreWe go here at least twice a week and use the Wendy’s app quite frequently. Our orders are always correct which makes up pleased. Lately it’s not been so great, we dine in and half our order sits on the tray and gets cold while we wait on the rest. The cashier seems more interested in her make up than the customers. What really was bothersome was in the evening a female manager was on duty, it wasn’t busy. A sheriffs deputy came in and placed a large order for carry out. The order was for at least a dozen coworkers and consisted of many drinks, sandwiches, salads and such. It was clear the deputy was overwhelmed trying to get all the drinks at the drink station and manage all the orders. The employees and manager stood around talking so my husband and I got up from our meal and helped the deputy carry out her food and drinks. The employees just stood there, they clearly seen this including the manager and did nothing. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service which this goes beyond Wendy’s customer service but on a human level of general politeness. I’m sure if Wendy’s were to need the service of an emergency worker they would expect better service...
