Under new ownership. This is the absolute worst place to have to stop for coffee or donuts. The inability to get your order correct here astounds me. I’m sure the kids working there are nice outside of working there. That being said, the service is slooooooooooooow. There is little attention to detail, expect to repeat your order a few times, and they are in a constant state of "training" since the new ownership took over. Which is a cover for their horrendous service. Stop there at your own risk, and find an alternative Dunkin to go to, you’ll thank me later.

Made the mistake of going back, service is faster, but these people do not listen to your order. Then when you tell them your order when you pay, because they got it wrong, you get the look of stupid in their face as they have no clue what to do. I drink a lot of coffee. I drink too much coffee! I drive around in a truck all day. Coffee is the lubricant of industry. When you spend $3 for a large coffee, the least they can do is serve it to you hot! You go through the drive-thru to keep moving. You use the app to speed up the service. I don't have time to get out of the truck, go inside, and have them make me a HOT cup of coffee. But, that's what I did. And you know what? This is a terrible cup of coffee. Recently I was in another state. There was a Dunkin near me. I ordered breakfast using the app for convenience and to get on my way faster. It was disappointing. My sausage egg and cheese croissant was lukewarm, the hash browns are cold and overcooked. And the coffee was meh. This seems to be a problem across multiple stores, not just one. America should run...

Don't go here. I ordered breakfast inside, got out to my car and noticed they gave me a completely different order. I went back in and told them, and gave them my bag. I sat and watched them at the back counter switch my food with stuff that was sitting on the counter. They returned the bag not knowing what I just witnessed them do. They said "There is nothing wrong with your order, and it was correct when we gave it to you the first time.". I then proceeded to tell them I seen them switch the breakfast sandwiches out with the ones sitting on the counter, to which they still denied. Nothing like hot food being served cold. They had messed up my orders countless times before this, and I had left it go. This was the last time though. I never went back to this place, and don't recommend anyone...
