Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in West Linn

Got a pizza and service was terrible. Girl named Maggie (maybe Maddie, couldn’t really see the name tag) had a terrible attitude and when I told her they forgot my salad (which happens, not usually an issue) she argued with me until I pulled the receipt out of my wallet and showed her that I in fact did order a salad that I did not receive with my pizza. I had no problem with showing the receipt; it was the attitude and hostility that was the problem. Who says “Maybe you should’ve thought to ask before leaving the store”? I had put the pizza in my car when my daughter reminded me we were missing her salad. Safe to safe I will not be coming back to this Papa...

It's amazing that my review for this location keep disappearing. My family keeps insisting we go here despite the terrible service and carelessly made pizza. Sometimes half the toppings are missing, sometimes they only cover half the dough, sometimes it looks like they dropped the pizza, sometimes the staff will give you attitude, sometimes they will forget your pizza or give it to someone else when you've been standing in line for 30 minutes. After calling in my order and showing up to pay with my Amex she told me they don’t take it, and offered no solutions to her bosses cheapness. Yet if I were to order online I could use my Amex, instead they sent me to three different locations trying to find an atm to accept my debt card, which none of them did. All this so they could save a few cents on processing fees while I spent a few dollars in gas. Will be going to the other papa Murphy’s from now on. Way to lose yourself a...
