I ordered Lava cakes 1 double pepperoni deep dish pizza 2 pepperoni and jalapeño deep dish pizza
My complaint was that both the of the jalapeño and pepperoni pizza didn’t have any pizza sauce at all. I called to complain and the manager Sydnie instantly starts trying to talk over me and that I’m wrong right off the bat. I try to ask her to listen to me but instead she tries to talk over me. In the moment I raise my voice so she can hear what I’m saying. She starts getting rude with me and hangs up the phone. In that conversation I told her that the pizzas didn’t or nearly had any pizza sauce on them. I asked if I can get new ones and just leave the ones that me nephews and nieces where munching on bring back the other ones. She told me that I have to bring all of it back, even the ones that are being eaten on to get a refund. I told her if I have to do that than Your going to pay for my time wasted and the fuel to get there. She did not like that and started acting like I was trying to rob them. I drove there very upset and frustrated and brought all the pizza back and showed it to them and she didn’t even bother to look at it and instead try to argue with me and kept trying to talk over me. So I started to to raise my voice and just gave up. this isn’t about the money, this is about being treated with good customer service and not like some thug. I’m extremely let down by dominos and this manager for horrible service and experience. I’m not ever going to buy again from dominos till they can hire people that have decent or great customer service. On the other hand the delivery guy was very prompt and nice. I definitely tipped him and told him to have a nice day and the boy who gave me my refund. I think his names Dillon. He gave Me awesome customer service and deserves a raise for being very down to earth. I will let everyone know about this incident and I also recorded the whole situation since the moment I walked into dominos. Read moreI'm a little ashamed to admit that we've been ordering delivery from this exact dominos regularly for the last four years. I've learned to order and pay for extra marinara and icing in hopes that they'll at least put one in the bag with our order. If you don't order extra it's extremely likely you'll be eating dry twists. Even if you do pay for extra, you're probably not gonna receive any anyway. I order hella parm and hella pepper and cross my fingers everytime, but we'll only ever receive any once in a blue moon. Multiple occasions I've had to call up there over an hour after we placed our order and ask about our food. Everytime this happens, we end up receiving our order like two hours after we placed it, and its cold and dead. Quite often they'll forget something out of our order, usually the cinnamon twists. Which personally, is all I really wanted. And I'm pretty over opening that wing box up and seeing 6 wings instead of 8. We keep coming back because we of credits for our frequently forgotten food, and because we chase the rare but very delicious high of a successful order. When y'all get it right, the food is dank af, but that doesn't happen often. We're just not getting back what were putting in and we're tired of giving y'all the benefit of the doubt just to be disappointed again. I'm sorry dominos, we just gotta move on and find happiness elsewhere. We gave it a nice long honest try, and it's clear it's just not going to work out. Service is fine, but y'all really need to learn to check your orders before you send them out. That's food service 101. Y'all are just creating so much extra work for yourselves by not taking 30 seconds to check your orders. Not really interested in talking it out or working through this. Read moreHaving worked at several Domino's stores in the past, I gotta say, Im not a fan of ordering from this one. Every other time my husband and I order, when it arrives at our door it is wrong. When we inform the driver or call the store after realizing, they don't put our order at the front of the line like they are supposed to, seeing as we already paid AND already waited our 30 or so minutes for delivery AAAND we werent the ones who made the mistake. Every time they mess up, it takes them even longer to re-deliver it, usually an average of 45 minutes to an hour (and, as stated, the original mess up only took about half a hour to get delivered). Then they dont even let you keep the mistake or offer anything to make up for the entire hour and a half youve been waiting for your food (I was taught to let them keep the mistake and perhaps offer a free 2 liter). They have TERRIBLE customer service and dont seem to have any idea how to handle their own mistakes, and since I have a lot of experience with Domino's, this really,...
