I have calmed down from my experience this week at Crumbl on Village. I don't work for Crumbl, but it certainly felt like it when I had to take my customized orders and reconfigure it as I had ordered it. I walked in and was surprisingly greeted. The last week no one said a word. I placed my order on the kiosk. 6 12ct minis, and 6 6ct minis. Gift wrapped & Thank you stickers added. I went to speak to someone to verbally say how I wanted the 6pk and the 12pk to be wrapped together as I did last week. Easy peasy I thought. But I had to wait and wait as she and the manager corrected a catering order call that came in. They asked another young lady to start my order. I also asked for the Thank you stickers separately because last time no care was taken in placing them on the boxes. Frustrated, she told me the boxes weren't the right boxes they couldn't do the 6 in 6 but would put them in the 12 boxes. OK I thought. I agreed but I knew my wrapping together may not work. I notice a couple of small mini boxes were used. After loading my car, I peeked in the boxes. Why are all the cookies in those two boxes? I looked in another box. Why are these all the same pies?!? That's not how I arranged them. I went back inside to ask why it wasn't done as I arranged them? They are not going to the same place I explained. I wanted 6 of the same sets to deliver to 6 different places I further told her. This made for a very bad start of my day to deliver smiles. It was NOT how I wanted to present them. Who wants all of the same pie from Crumbl? She begins to tell me how I could BUY a box to fix them. Excuse me? She then tells me how they have a lot of orders to fulfill for the holidays. I COULD CARE LESS at this point. I walked out because I did not want to lose my cool as a representative of my job. I heard the manager mumble something about me bringing them back in to fix, but I kept walking out. Why weren't they done to order? Why did I stand there to create the boxes if they were going to do what they wanted to do? I really should have come back because I was SHORT on the order. Every box had 6 pies in them. No 12s. I was given 14 boxes of 6 pies. 1 box of 12 cookies, 1 box of 8 cookies. I pre-tipppppppped! I knew it was a larger order, as a walk-in, so I tipped. Had I known I would have to go home and fix the boxes, I would NOT have. If I can't place an order as a walk-in of this size, place some parameters in the app. Let me just add, this is my professional experience. The customer service was below par. I don't know the quality of their cookies and things as I don't eat dairy or animal-products. I just know they fumbled and dropped the ball with my order this week. I don't know if I'll use THIS location again. Also: please train, re-train on glove changes. Answering the phone, on the register, touching your hair and then back to handling food is gross. Hairnets need to be a...
Read moreThis was probably my worst experience within a food industry just because of the customer service. I walked in right after I said I was here online I checked in. I walked in. No one greeted me. Nobody asked for my name. Nobody asked if I was picking up. I went straight to the pick up counter and waited there for 15 minutes just for someone to acknowledge me 15 minutes after while multiple people walked in they were greeted they were asked their name, and they were given their cookies immediately after now still waiting after those 15 minutes, I so happen to have a friend walk in and she asked the lady boxing the cookies up for me if my cookies were ready when she got her cookies, she left the girl boxing up the cookies for online orders very rude and disgusting and nasty attitude she had little orange and yellow hair. The way she held those boxes of cookies below their her waist to bring it to the customer was disgusting. You could tell just by the way that she carries herself making those cookies and she hates her job. I think every single employee in that store today should learn what a good customer service is because what I saw today. It definitely was not….. the picture I added is the cookies I waited over 15 minutes for. I definitely expected a better experience and cookies that actually...
Read moreMy order was done 2 hours prior to pick up between 1:30pm to 2pm on December 24, 2024. I ordered 12 cookies and 2 specifically were for hot chocolate chilled. I get there and they’re said they ran out and the store policy is first come first serve. Then why have an online order system at all? Why choose the cookies you want? That is what the female employee said who by the way was as rude as can be and finished off saying “I hope you have the holiday you deserve’” wonderful cheer for the holidays. I guess the clown who owns this specific Crumbl doesn’t know how to maybe advise his employees to have manners. I have orders from Crumbl in Boynton Beach a lot and never had this experience. As a matter of fact they have offered to literally make the cookie if they gave it away. I will never come back to this store and would advise anyone and everyone to seek another Crumbl as they are franchises. This is the third time so...
